I always use this bank, and had a great experience. However today they got mi pissed off, actually because of my mom. She tried to withdraw $300 from ATM, but the machine jammed and gave her a receipt and card back. Receipt indicated that $300.00 was taken out. She walked in the branch and asked for help, banker refused to help her and told her to call customer service number on the receipt. I understand that banker is not at fault, neither is the bank however. They can call on their client behalf, and help the client right there and at the same time. So about 1hr later my mom got home and tolled me about it, I called bank write away, they refused to speak with me, since it is her account. They got an interpreter on phone as my mom does not speak English. My mom is new to this country and don't know what to do or ask the right questions, so she asked that a customer service representative speak with me directly. They refused. They opened a case number and my mom wanted me to right it down, they refused.... I understand that they have "policies I will call the corporate office and complain as well.

This is such a poorly run branch. Their online appointment system does not work and they cancel appointments at the last minute. Pretty useless and incompetent.

I grew up in this neighborhood and still bank here occasionally. This location shares space with Starbucks, and they are divided only by some velvet ropes. I got a call about a promotion they're running, and got hooked up with a good interest rate. Titus was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very convenient that they are open on Saturdays.

I have never used Wells Fargo Banks before and have lived in SF for over 30 yrs.I had seen a special promotion online and decided to go in and give it a try...I was helped by Elizabeth Dzhafarova, who was so professional, helpful and personable.She had made my transaction easy and answered all my questions.I would definitely go back!A+++

Always a line, NEVER a friendly /good service. Once I stood in a long line on my lunch break to get quarters. I finally get to the window (nobody approached me to ask "Why are you here today?") and this teller trainee points to a sign that says "Limited coinage" or something like that. I said "You dont have that posted on your front door--I had to get to THIS window in order to be able to see it. And even as I see it, I dont fully understand--can I only get one roll of quarters? What does that mean". She tells me that NO, they do have it on the front door, I JUST MISSED IT. NO customer service. So now I get on a bus and go to either Arguello or Laurel Village branches. And yes, it is worth it.

Would not cash a 100$ bill because I did not have a checking account with them. I do have for 20 years 4 investments accounts and a Family Trust account. Tomorrow I say, Hello Citibank! Maybe they should stick to just selling coffee. Banking is not there strong suit.

A full-service bank. Several ATM if your needs are less complicated. There have always been two or more tellers available so the wait is not prohibitive.

This location is one of the best spot, staffs are great, and helpful. many of my visits are always great, I love the staffs - super friend, and helpful. feels more like local bank than a corporation. we need more locations like this one!

Nice Tellers here but twice now I was shorted on cash. They need to use machine counters. I was short a $100 bill from a $1000 withdrawal. A few months back I was shorted $10. No excuse for human error--use machines!

Friendly secretary and bankers. Christine Tang assisted me today during my visit and was quick and efficient throughout the entire process. Thank you for great service and hospitality. I would recommend this location to anyone who banks with Wells Fargo.

Finally I've had it, for years of dealing with their BS I'm closing my account with them. They will tell you the rep. will call you back, it will never happen, you will make an appointment with the notary, come to the branch just to find out that you have no appointment, try to speak to the branch manager Oaeza, and she will not let you speak. She will interrupt and talk over you like you are nobody. They will nickel and dime you after you open a "free" checking. Guys, today too many honest and solid banks to give this one your hard earned money. RUN!
