This branch is trash, if you’re withdrawing a large amount of money they making you wait for over an hour. The Manager of the branch thought that I was talking advantage of my own father who I just drove him to the bank and in the end couldn’t get out anything. I’m really thinking about closing all of my accounts with them as well as having my son and wife move there accounts to another bank.

There's always a problem at this branch. There's never enough tellers, the line is always long & there's never a banker when you need one. The manager Je'Marlo is very rude & unprofessional. I've witnessed him argue with customers, he's so pushy & he turns a lot of customers away. I use to love coming into this branch & the employees were so warm & kind. The manager even stopped me from speaking with the security guard and I didn't understand why. I would never go back to this branch, especially if he's there. I think he needs some more training on how to be professional and how to treat people.

As of today this is 2nd day this location has been closed without notice and this evening I went by this branch and there was a sign saying this location is “Temporarily Closed”… No explanation and no reopening date, what’s going on???….

The manager was pretty helpful on my first visit. He wasn't sure the answer and promised to call me the next day to confirm. He did. Made the appointment with Jamil and he wa knowledgeable and fast! In and out and done in 40 minutes and he was right on time for our appointment.

I would give these guys a Zero, if Yelp would permit. My Mother and I were loyal members for over a decade! Then all of the friendly and knowledgeable staff left. My Most recent experience was trying to open a business account at this branch just last month. They called me twice to reschedule! Then, on the day of my appointment, I was paired with one of the most Unknowledgeable, unfriendliest Rep ever! I'm a start up; I was excited and had a lot of questions- Her body language read that she was tired, uninterested and kept telling me that she had another appointment after mine, and "suggested" that if I needed more assistance to reschedule for another time. This is after they had cancelled on me twice! As I proceeded to pack my bags and expressed my disappointment to her lack of customer focus and care, she replied saying, "I'm so sorry to hear" with a non-expression look on her face. I was disappointed and upset that I took out time of my busy schedule for a Rep. that performed every way other than the stellar customer service they claim to always provide. Fast forward to present day, we have both closed each of our accounts and vow to never return.

Don't come here. They are so slow, I waited in line for 30 mins in the middle of afternoon. There is only one teller and the line is so long and they don't seem to care. :(

Rebecca from this branch was extremely rude to me. Just because I am Hispanic. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. Their branch manager is also useless. Instead of helping he is very problematic. Will never come to this branch ever.

The branch manager here is useless. He was very rude and unprofessional. When I tried explaining my problem to him he basically made me understand that any solution I could come up with made zero sense to him.he didn’t offer any help to me at all. He needs to be replaced immediately. This location is extremely slow, the time that you will spend in line is minimum 45 minutes to an hour. Their staff all seem like they don’t know what they’re doing. I would never recommend coming here even if your life depended on it.

Always sooooo slooowww with way too many people staffed for the wait to exceed 30-40 mins at 10:47 am ... really need to improve efficiency and speed. I’m here now and there are 2 tellers with a growing line and lots of idle staff... weeeiiiirrdddd
