Go to a different location. The employee’s that work here are not knowledgeable and cannot provide you with the information or customer service you need.

The employees at this location are not accommodating, knowledgeable or helpful in any way. The management and tellers alike have no intention of doing anything for their customers except fobbing off their obligations to a customer service representative ONLY AVAILABLE VIA PHONE. If you look around on entering you won't see anyone over 30. These USELESS CHILDREN are incapable of helping their 'customers'. They informed me that they could NOT even CLOSE AN ACCOUNT FOR ME! I am withdrawing every penny from this joke of an institution ASAP. Truly the McDonald's of banks.

I do my business banking at this branch and the employees are lovely. So nice and friendly. My only complaint is that the recent renovation is terrible and makes it feel even more like a corporate bank than it used to. It would be great if they would feature art in there from local artists, sponsor some kids coloring contests, or anything to connect them more with the neighborhood.

I went to the branch to close my accounts. They withdrew all the money and told me the accounts were closed. They didn't actually close the accounts, and sent me a monthly service fee a few weeks later for not holding the minimum balance. I had to call them over the phone and was then informed that that particular bank location doesn't have the "service to close an account".Their printer was also not working so I had to wait 30 minutes. Pretty poor service overall. The teller was very polite and the line was short though. :/

I went in for my first time into this Wells Fargo to do a wire transfer because my coworkers said this was the best branch. They were right. I was amazed. No waiting at all. Right away, I meet Daniella. She was super helpful. Not only did Daniella take care of the transfer, but she offered a good deal of financial advice as well.

Today I went to this bank to make a deposit and the woman at the counter told me you can't make a deposit with cash due to federal regulations. I didn't ask if the account was personal or business, bad service.

Too big to fail? More like too big to stay in business. I have never witnessed a bank try so hard to create a miserable experience for their customers. From valid checks deposited and flagged as fraudulent to wired money flagged as fraud (from an account I also own), this bank is the most dysfunctional organization I have ever worked with. It has literally cost me money being a customer of theirs where in order to overcome hair trigger fraud adjustments I pay to have my money teleported in my account. Then once in the account and posted they flag the money as being fraudulent. I have been a customer for 30 years and cannot wait to close my account with them. Waters muddied beyond repair.

The staff was very helpful and patient when explaining what kind of accounts I can get and also was able to make an account for me very fast. I really appreciated the banker staying late after closing time to make sure I got an account and that I was not rushed. Overall, very good customer service and I felt really taken care of. They also checked up on me a week later to make sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns since it’s my first time making an American Bank account as I just moved from Canada.

Had an 11AM appointment made three weeks earlier. Arrived 5 minutes early - banker not with a client... asks me to wait and disappears into a backroom and doesn't return for 16 minutes... She knew I was there, knew my appointment time, and left me waiting 11 minutes after my time was supposed to begin. I understand the need to take a break, however, she didn't apologize or excuse her lateness.... just continued drinking her Starbucks. there were no other bankers available, but also no customers. I can see why... sadly, I was already upset with Wells Fargo for charging my kids' savings accounts even though I'm a twenty year customer with a personal loan and 5 figure balance.... I'm moving to a credit union as this was the last straw.

Avoid banking at Wells Fargo. Wells is rotten to the core. I wired in money to my account to buy a boat. I called the Wells call center to arrange to pick up the cash. The Wells call center called several branches for me but the branches phones would go to messages that the branches were not picking up their phones. So, I tried calling the branches directly; same result--not picking up their phones. Next, I go to my local branch. The teller was nice at first and started working to give me my money and acted like it would be no problem. Then the branch manager comes over after 5 minutes and decides not to give me my money and claims the wired in money has not posted yet. I saw online that the money posted to my account more than an hour before I got there; I went to the trouble of wiring in the money early that morning from my other bank in the Midwest. The branch manager did not say that they did not have the cash. SO, THIS WAS JUST BIZARRE. I go back home and call the Wells call center again and this time the guy got through to another Wells branch in my area. The branch manager and the guy at the call center agree that my wired in money posted hours earlier and they would give me my cash. I go there and it is not very busy. I get to a teller's window and ask for my cash and tell her that the branch manager knows I am coming in. The branch manager was on a call. I ask the teller to just show her the paperwork and she will OK it; she knew I was coming in. The teller refused to do this. Finally the branch manager gets off the phone and comes and OKs my cash and they give me my cash. This whole ordeal was ridiculous and took 3 hours. I have had an account at Wells Fargo for over 15 years and have never even bounced a check. After factoring in the recent scandals of employees opening fraudulent accounts in existing customers names and mortgage fraud, I have decided to never to do business with Wells Fargo again. How was my money available then not available then available again. TRULY BIZZARE! Why wouldn't the first branch manager give me my money? Why did she brazenly lie about the status of my money?

Walked in, saw 4 employees, 0 customers, they said I needed an appointment which would take over 3 days. Terrible customer service. Didn't even try to help me. On second time coming back and 3 calls later I got help from a lovely person.
