Everyone from the bankers to the tellers to the security guards are friendly, helpful, and efficient at this location. They've helped me with numerous issues over the years and have always provided excellent customer service and given advice that's been much-appreciated.

This branch never answers the phone when you call. Earlier this week it was closed during business hours. I've called to see if it's open before I go over to do business. No one answers. Either it's closed again on a weekday, or they ignore calls. Incredibly frustrating for someone who has banked with Wells Fargo for over 50 years.

This ATM will double charge you fees for using it. They add $3 to your withdrawal amount and then charge you a separate fee for using the ATM

There is never anyone there to help you, i had an appointment and it took Lidia Davis 10 minutes to show up, completely incompetent, didn't know what to do, waisted an hour of my time. The branch manager is never to be found. S/he has never been available for anything in years.went to the closest wells branch in Irving street. true professionals, answered all my questions, help me with my need, both banker and the branch manager showed up and it was all done in 10 minutes.Wells Fargo, just close this branch on Haight, if they are not going to do anything at all, if there is no one ever there, if they are rude to your clients, if they dont know what they are doing, they are actually a negative in terms of service.

they provide worst banking experience possible, no one is there, branch manager have not been found or seen in years, employees are incompetent, they are all always in the back and you can hear them talking and laughing but even if you have an appointment they wont come out to see you, this branch would do a better service if closed permanently. if you are in the area, you are much better working with Irving branch true professionals, people are actually working there and they are competent and nice. night and day. Wells Fargo, just close this branch, they provide whatever it is that is the OPOSIT of service.

You guys need to update the hours on your yelp page. It says you're open on Saturdays until noon but you're not. We drove all the way to the Haight, circled for parking and paid the meter just to find out the fires were locked and the branch is closed on Saturday!

If I could give less than 1 star I would!!! HORRIBLE!!! Bring a COT and blanket to do even the simplest transaction in this branch. The tellers are ALL TRAINING and/or incompetent!!! WF should probably close this branch or send proper staff and management.

This branch used to be great but went downhill with the pandemic. Poorly staffed, rude employees, and refuse to take deposits for small businesses. Go elsewhere.

What a horrible horrible bank! Workers, even the new young branch managers spend hours on the phone getting instructions on what to do! I have never seen such incompetence. Understaffed, under trained, and without proper customer service skills. I went to 6 branches over last 3 weeks. These young workers talk to their elders as if their elders (60) were children... So disrespectful, repeating themselves as if they were talking to incompetents. I had all the documentation that was needed to Either update existing or open new trust account or to close the account and they refused to do it. Said notary was busy, said could not possibly be completed in 1 90 minute appt.Though I had scheduled the 90 min appt in advance, they said they just could not do it! Sammy spent whole appt on phone getting instructions.I was trying to salvage the account saying if you can take the hold off I'll leave the money here but I need to get the bills paid for my mother estate - they were like deer in the headlights. No one's trained. Finally I stormed out After 1 hour of being kind, tolerant, understanding and patient.This was the worst bank experience ever... 40 years ago I almost open an account and was insulted by manager - they wanted a co-signer to open a saving account - even then they stretched it over 2 days.horrible bank!

Rarely open, when they are open, there is only one teller so you end up waiting for 30+ minutes sometimes. Also the hours are horrible, and not open on weekends anymore.Wells Fargo just needs to close this location or start paying their employees a living SF wage! So it can actually be staffed with people that want to work there.Seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

I made an appointment for 2:30 PM today. The bank was very quiet when I arrived at 2:20 PM. There seemed to be only a single teller and a manager/supervisor. When I finally was able to chat with a banker at 3:04 PM (I believe his name was Nathan Garcia), he was very helpful and able to complete the account closure I was requesting.However, it seems rather odd that Wells Fargo would not staff in such a way that customers with appointments made well in advance would not have such a long wait.Nathan - five starsWF branch - two stars
