Manager was rude and not accommodating.
Was there to open a checking account. Was told it would take 45 minutes to open, even though it’s a simple checking account and I’m already a Wells Fargo customer.
45 minutes seemed excessive. A teller had 20 minutes till his next appointment. I asked to attempt to create in that amount of time, but was declined. I asked the manager if he could assist with opening the account, and he also declined.
I went to a different branch, and they were able to assist. They opened the checking account in a mere 15 minutes.

Ruby here helped me out once and she rocked. But I went back and some other dude was there. I took the time to walk there because I wanted to open an account. Some dude sitting in Rubys desk said that he was going to lunch in five and to make an appointment. I said sir, I can't. I'm in law school, so I literally don't know when I will be able to find the time to come back. He said ok try down the street. I said ok? So I walk down the street and of course it's raining now, and they blow me off too. I had a check for over 12k and another for 14k that I was depositing. Everyone's time was more important than mine and my money despite this literally being their jobs. So I left and went to chase and they helped me immediately. Wells Fargo is the worst, avoid at all costs unless you enjoy feeling like you are harassing people.

Can't go low enough with this rating. To keep it brief:1. opened an online business checking account2. Waited 7 days for account to go active3. Deposited large check 1/17/23, Check placed on a hold until 1/26/23 (no biggie)4. on 1/20/23 Fraud department says check won't clear and they are closing account5. Verified check actually cleared other bank on 1/17/23, same day as deposit6 Multiple calls to Fraud department fell on deaf ears, still closing account.7. 1/26/23 funds become available and I pay bills8 1/29/23 they lock me out of online account.9. Multiple secure messages sent to Wells. Response, sorry need to work it out with Fraud Department.10 2/3/23 they plan to close account and send me cashiers check for remaining balance for check they said would not clear.PURE INCOMPETENCE

I went to get change today and of course they asked about if I had a account. I told them no as I don’t have one. Leonard was the person that helped me. He first said that he could do it this one time as he said that Wells Fargo only deals with its customers even though I’ve been getting change for the last several years. I politely said, thanks and I understand. He asked what I needed and once I said roll of quarters he said I have to go somewhere else. I asked why and he said because I’m not a customer of theirs. He already knew I wasn’t said he can give change then switched his story. Furthermore when I asked why did he say yes now can’t? He replied with I’m not going back and forth with you. He’s not professional at all and this is why I’d never ever again have a account there furthermore I’m closing my personal account that I have. I never use it and now I know why. Wells Fargo you need to train Leonard better if you say your gonna do something then do it.

The staff really is what makes this branch exceptional. They really helped me out in setting up my new accounts and took the time in guiding me through all of the different options. Do drop by and they'll definitely make your day.

Today I lost all confidence in Wells Fargo after 15 years. Fraudulent check cashed for $5,000 made out to Cash, and a print signature in women's penmanship. Nobody caught it. After two months I did. Banks response? Nothing. Wells is asking for your PIN number to verify yourself. Why in God's name would you ever put that code in play? It's the one piece of data that will royally screw you. Well standing in a hotel lobby that conversation is captured on security cameras in every city every day! Maybe THAT is why my debit cards keep getting fraudulent charges! 8-10 days to get new cards, no access to accounts or ATM's. Money still taken from your accounts. How is someone supposed to weather the issue? This is banking 1070 style. My bank is doing nothing, except telling ME the 23 things I can do! Not my first time suffering through this beurocratic mess after a fraud issue, but my last. I have to verify myself to every person on a call, because they are too lazy to do warm hand offs, and while speaking to Wells Fargo's highest level executive customer care, the people are rude, argumentative, and while taking the time to get my number in case of a drop, don't bother to call you back! As far as resolutions? Nothing. ITS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT CUSTOMER "SELF" SERVICE! My resolution from Wells Fargo? NOTHING! Zilch.

Came in mid afternoon for an account analysis and was greeted promptly. I was paired with Kalea for my visit. Throughout the 20 minute meeting, Kalea was very helpful, descriptive and warm. She offered water or tea a couple of times which made me feel very welcome. The next day, I checked my voicemails during my lunch break and was surprised and grateful to come across a message from Kalea in which she made it abundantly clear to reach out to her for anything related to my Wells Fargo relationship from here on out. Thank you, Kalea. This will be a start of a new business and financial relationship between a longtime customer and a trustworthy and jubilant banker.

Amazing experience. I was only there to get a money order. Kalee helped me, and I felt like I had a new best friend. She understands that every customer interaction is a chance to build loyalty. She was incredibly efficient with her time, recognized my birthday was coming up, and asked about my business. Not to mention, she let me show off pics of my baby nephew. There are transactions and experiences. This was both, and in the same amount of time. Her customer service skills are impressive to the point where I want to hire her for my own company!!

This is for Wells Fargo Corporate. I have had a W-F bank account for three years since moving back to California and everything has been fine for the most part with the exception of this past week. Two times this week I used my online banking and moved money between my accounts. It gave me confirmations but when I went back to the account page, it did not reflect the transactions. This is a simple debit and credit operation. How could they screw this up? I've lost confidence in W-F. It's as if they are begging me to move my accounts to another bank.

Nothing but positive experiences with the staff at this branch. I've had to drop in to deposit an item for an executive I work with, as well as personal business. Each time I've left with a smile after a great interaction and some fun or interesting small talk. This location is also very convenient to my office building. I'll be back again to do my banking here again at this branch most definitely!
