This branch is located below where I reside so it’s very convenient for me to go there first and every time I’m disappointed and have to go to some other branch.The only thing they’ve been helpful with is depositing money when the ATM outside is not working.

Super slow service. Just One teller working, which happens to be super slow. Ended up leaving after waiting for 15 monutes without talking to anyone. One of the worst experiences ever.

This branch doesn't attend it's patrons well. Despite 4 employees being present they didn't open ip another window with 5 people in line.

EDIT: Originally posted a 1 star before but since then the situation has dramatically improved. The staff was kind, efficient and friendly. In and out in record time which was about 5 minutes. Thank you Wells Fargo team. Thankful for the improvements and changes. Refreshing to see people care ?Original Below:Worst location in the city. Line is always super long and the teller decides to take lunch at the busiest time. So only one teller serving an entire line. This happens every time I come here. Could literally drive to the other side of the city in the same amount of time this takes. Super disappointed. No one around to assist or help. Disgusted with this location. Wish I could give negative stars..

This location was a let down disappointment during a time of need. Spoke with a female banker who acted as if she was looking into solutions and would call back. Never did hear from her, calls made to the branch were avoided, and finally I called one last time when I had arrived at the branch and was told all bankers were busy when ZERO customers were in the branch. Wells Fargo employees do not care about customers. I closed my accounts.

This is the worst branch of of WF I have ever been at! they are so lazy and irresponsible. For instance, I was there on Friday to wire money - after wasting my time for 30 min, they said they don't have time until next Monday to wire money. although I told them I have to do it today, they completely ignored my request. a work which only takes 10 min to do!!!

The absolut worst branch in the city. Extremely understaffed. Two employees stand around while one teller takes care of a large line. Absolutely Ridiculous to have to wait this long to do something so simple. Complete incompetence.

Wells Fargo facilitated the administrative procedures I went though when immigrating in USA, and I only had few issues over the 4 years I stayed there.However, my experience drastically changed since I left the country: the bank does everything possible to prevent me from transferring my savings abroad where I need them for daily purchases.

Terrible experience going here and never will go back especially after the delayed and poor customer service after this day. It also cost me extra time, money, and lost time from work since this place did not have their organization together. The last time I chose to come here was due to the fact that they validated parking while making a transaction. I came here on 9/30 to get one thing done and leave. When I got back to my car I realized that my parking ticket wasn't validated. I come in again in line, waiting to be seen. Finally the front bank teller tells me I'm up next, and the lady behind him can validate it for me. So I wait about 5-10 minutes getting this. The lady offers me the parking ticket and I head back to my car and this showed I owed $3.00. I then had to run back, signal the other cars behind me that I need to back up and go to the bank AGAIN just because this wasn't fixed the first time. When I get back to the same teller who I thought validated my parking ticket, she then tells me this is correct and that it's only valid for 20 minutes and that she couldn't do anything about the charge. She insists and wasting more time as I inform her I'm needing this fixed ASAP since I have to return to work and get going. Instead she wastes more time in arguing her side while I sit here asking for a manager to help with the parking situation. I let him know my car was up front and the card was never validated. The manager gets back to me and asks the lady behind to try and reach out to the parking person to help me out but he was away. While all this is happening, the lady who was supposed to handle this was rude the ENTIRE time, giving me the side eye to to tell me this was going to take even longer. Meanwhile after waiting I get informed by the manager that there's nothing they can do since the parking person was not at their desk. Soo in the ended up having to pay extra money for the parking that could've been resolved had the lady been helpful in the first place. This was a VERY inconvenient place and super time consuming. Knowing how SF is and how difficult it is to find parking, the staff should be mindful of customers who are needing to validate this instead of talking amongst their coworkers rather than helping. I found this extremely unhelpful and the charges to my card is the cause of today. I will NOT be returning nor recommending this place in the future.

I've been a costumer of Wells Fargo for over 10years and mostly enjoy walking in to this branch, great location. The staff are cordial and very helpful. I walked in on Monday and learned a little bit about Mohamed (one M) he was very kind and assisted me in a generous manner. He told me he was called In to work that day and I appreciate how equable he was. Over all great staffs, whenever i can ill make my way to this branch :)

I came to withdraw a cashiers check and was charged $10 to use my own money. I thought this was my bank, not an ATM at a dive bar. Do better.

I’ve been a client of Wells Fargo since 2007 and I’ve never been mistreated until today. Two incompetent employees at the SF Mission Bay Branch; one of which is a manager, refused to deposit checks into an account that I own! For no reason whatsoever! I will be taking my business elsewhere. Manager by the name of Ricky Aquino was brand new and didn’t know what he was doing. Was taking instructions from an incompetent teller by the name of Karina Dominguez. Never in my life did I witness such incompetency. Pure ridiculousness.
