Another one of the worst Wells Fargo’s around. Every moment of time they are open they have a line out the door. They never have enough people working. I’d damn near pay my employer to switch the companies they issue the checks from. This bank is a joke and more reassurance as to why i have since closed my account here

It is most unorganized, understaffed, unreliable wellsfargo I have ever stepped foot in. Who's managing this branch? Most horrible wait. It's super understaffed. 2 tellers and there's a huge line. I can't see myself here again.

The bank never has enough tellers, theres is always a big line. No bankers to help at the ATM either.

One of the most pathetically ran branches in the bay. It’s on a busy street yet they always have only one or two windows open. Would be 1 star if the staff themselves weren’t nice and apologetic.

Did not realize appt needed to open a CD. Spoke to a rep, she my name and phone #, said she call me to make appt. She never did. Out of sight out if mind

Don't even bother making an appointment. They'll sit you somewhere and forget about you. It's quicker to just get in the long line. Was told to sit and wait. I waited for over forty minutes with no updates and no one checked up on me at all. I had to walk up and ask for an update and they finally realized I still existed.

With the line out the door they only had 2 cashiers to assist customers. As someone in the customer Service business I would expect at least someone managing the line, asking questions as well as making the customer fell better about the wait. There were two people sitting on a desk I'm assuming working on paperwork that could of waited after the lane was under control. After 24 year of Bea customer not happy with the service.

There is always huge lines every time I go to that branch I end up waiting 30 to 45 minutes.They need to hire more people and pay them better so they do not quit.The out side of the building is always dirty main entrance and ATM’s .

They have no one at the door to direct you low staff and very slow! Who is in charge of this location just terrible! I will never be back here they have a line going around the block! And all they can say is that everyone is on lunch?! All at the same time ?! Crazy

Worst location for WellsFargo corporations One or two tellers at max line around the corner employees talking among them in small gatherings ATM machines outside don't work they do t accept deposits not iPhone Itouch homeless camping in their atms the only security is inside at the door like a club bouncer instead of clearing their out side ATM machines Complete waste of time don't go there unless you have all day to get one transaction done complete failed of location needs new management and new staff
