Don't see new banks with basketball court size interiors filled with nothing. Would make an awesome event space. Maybe it's not fair to judge this place on one visit, but I came just when they opened and had a 2 minute wait. The teller was friendly & highly competent. She was so patient walking me through the steps of my transaction. So, that's it, easy breezy. I suspect things would be different if you were looking for a loan or service personnel to talk to. I don't know where they're hiding or if this isn't the location to go to for complicated financial advice. Anyway, my experience was good. The neighborhood has many shops & restaurants, so parking is difficult, but right on the Fillmore 22 line.

I had a fraudulant charge in December 2021 during Christmas Week! I have spent hours on the phone with Wells Fargo Fraud Department and Executive Offices! THEY DO NOTHING! Most of the representatives are in Manila Phillipines! They are holding me responsible? Worst Bank EVER! When I ask for a call back, no one calls. Take your accounts elsewhere. I AM! Shame on you Wells Fargo! After many years, you are losing a faithful direct deposit customer!

Came to close accounts, they said I couldn't because the pending charges hadn't resolved.I asked the manager if they would be resolved by the next day so I could close my account.She said yes.Not the first time wellsfargo had lied to me but it will hopefully be the last.Bank with a credit union it will be the best decision you've made.

Thomas P worked exceptionally hard today on behalf of my account. I've been banking with Wells Fargo for well over 20 years and Thomas brought a level of expertise to my dilemma which far exceeded expectations. He must have spent an hour with me on the phone answering a variety of questions pertaining to the situation which today was resolved. The amount of peace of mind I have is largely due to the cool under pressure, knowledge base professionalism with which he exhibited by not only taking three of my phone calls but providing me with an extensive amount of information. These assertive actions and informed perspective protected my account and I will continue referring other colleagues to work with him in the future due to today's experience. Fillmore Street Wells Fargo location is extremely fortunate to have Thomas on their staff; an excellent representative of the clients they serve.

This location is no longer open on Saturdays. They now have the extremely inconvenient hours of 9-5 M-F. This bank is now completely useless to most of us.

Another disappointing transaction with Wells Fargo. They have No sense of urgency. NO attention to detail. They seem to have NO steps of service. Over promise and UNDER deliver. Save your time, SAVE your money and go somewhere else.

This is the worst Wells Fargo store that you can go to I left Bank of America because the customer service and I think I will leave Wells Fargo as well the Asian girl that was supposed to help me she seems like she doesn't know how to make the computer work I just wasted 10 mins of my time here as soon u walk in here u can tell there are a bunch of useless people working here very disappointed.

The ATM at this location does not provide stamps and when I went to the tellers to get stamps, they told me to get them from the ATM. When I explained that it wasn't an option, they still couldn't provide me any. Moral of the story, I left without stamps and wasn't impressed with the 18 year old tellers.

This is my favorite branch and I'll tell you why...I have been a customer of WF for over 20 years and just when I thought I couldn't possibly love my bank and this location enough they impressed me once again. I had an issue with my credit card and the credit card company would not help me, Michael and Aniya were extremely helpful and resolved my issue within a matter of minutes knowing that I had to get back to work! Michael, Santiago, Aniya and the crew are wonderful and it's a pleasure to go in each and every time, now I know how Norm felt every time he walked into Cheers! (for those of you who didn't get the last reference I am truly sorry you totally missed out on a great show :)

Just a shout out to this Wells Fargo branch for being so helpful over the past month. Very friendly staff greet me whenever I walk in, such as this morning, and usually ask how they can help within one minute while I stand in line. I do most of my banking digitally so it's great to get fast, courteous service when I do have to go to a branch. Thanks!
