Called ahead of time to deposit some money on my parents account who needed it in an emergency. They confirmed they could then I waited in line to make the transaction and one of the cashier's refused and said it was impossible.

NEVER BANK WITH WELLS FARGO !!I’ve been sitting in the lounges area of this wells Fargo bank for 29 minutes and not one worker has asked me what i need, this place is a wreck NEVER BANK WITH WELLS FARGO !!

There's a shining star named Gina who deserves not just five stars but more. In my extensive experience with customer service, encountering genuine and high-quality service is rare, and Gina stands out. Her unique personality and genuine care are truly exceptional.Despite being 30 minutes late for our meeting, when I called Gina to reschedule, she graciously welcomed me, sacrificing her lunchtime. This level of respect is something you don't see often.Throughout the process, I expressed my skepticism about the application's approval since I had faced rejections before. However, Gina worked her magic, and to my surprise, we got approved in just three minutes. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with Gina. Thank you so much; you truly are the best!

Worst service. California Wells Fargo Bank they have best customer service 5 stars. This bank even I made appointment now they are telling me they cant able to help me.

This review is for 5 star (i would give it 6) service from Gina. Prior to visiting this branch, I've visited another branch who told me they couldn't help me and I need to call the Customer Service helpline. After calling the Customer Service helpline, they told me they couldn't help me and I need to visit a branch. After being bounced around, i decided to give it another go went to the 2 Grand Avenue branch. Gina listened to my issue, was understanding and went above and beyond to help and find a resolution. The most amazing service i've received from a bank and highly recommend Gina! Thank you Gina!

THIS IS MY BANK FOR 12 YEARS NOW. Opened one in the South San Francisco Branch and Kathy took care of me. My cousin referred me to her. Very pleasant and happy person. She is retired now. Then, most of my transactions/ request now is in this branch. Gina, always there poised to help me in my needs. Consistency is the key. Am pleased. Thank you WellsFargo for the years of service in my needs. Hopefully to build more blessings to my financial status and you always there for me. Customer service is terrible . Charging fee for deposit and change coins , only this location. Never happened to me only there .

The teller is nice enough, but seriously! Only one window open at lunchtime?! I've been in line for 30 min and there are still 2 people ahead of me. There were 3 other guys behind the glass, but they left without opening another window. Grrrr!!!! So frustrating!!!!!

MARKO WAS DISRESPECTFUL AND IGNORANT TO US. We came to the branch on 2 Grant Ave to open a joint account and get financial advice on investments to make a transfer from another financial institution. Inside the branch, everybody was busy, there were a lot of customers waiting to be helped. And I saw one employee, Marko, with an iPad in the lobby. When I came up to him with my family to obtain information, he cut me off and said "Someone will be with you shortly. Sit at the red chair," and he pointed his finger at the red chair. That was humiliating and disrespectful ! As we sat on the "red chairs," in +-15 min., noon, the pointing guy left the branch with his backpack and a scooter ! Customers to the tellers were upset, because the long line was not moving at all. There were only two tellers. I felt really bad for those tellers, they got yelled at. And there was no manager nearby. After 45 minutes, it was obvious that no one was going to approach us... we left exhausted, humiliated, tired and stressed out. We went to another bank where we received the full 100% customer service from A to Z.
