Went here to use an ATM; as soon as I entered the door I smelled urine. This place smells like an outdoor toilet and I was totally disgusted.

Just wanted to highlight the absolutely amazing customer service from the branch manager who went above and beyond to find me $2 bills after the lunar celebrations. His entire team, including Tony, was absolutely great! Tony you're such an amazing teller with a great welcoming and genuine smile! Great team you guys.

Fraud department failed, filed complaint with BBB and miraculously next day someone calls, but they said they would me and never did. DO NOT DO ANY BANKING WITH WELLS FARGO

It sucks here just like everything else in San Francisco. There's six employees in the bank right now in front of me yet the only person that can help me is a banker which they do not have. So why does a bank employ non-bankers?

Banks have changed so much since the pandemic. I went to Wells Fargo to visit with a Banker. The lady said " there's NO BANKER HERE. I looked bewildered ! I said isn't this a Bank? And she proceeded to walk me to an empty desk with a phone. I had to call Customer Service to speak to one. I hung on the phone for nearly 1 hour and a half! I was quite angry,for all I wanted to do is open an account!! And this was on of the main banks! I'm not too happy with thier in house service anymore , there are never enough employees. I used to look forward to going to the bank ,it's like these Techies are ruining our lives by keeping us on our phones and computers because the brick and mortar places suffer so.

Go to a different branch. This one is located in the Tenderloin where they treat customers like trash. I had to wait almost an hour the 1st time and now my 2nd time there's a line of people waiting to be seen by the manager and he can't be bothered to see anyone for at least another 15 minutes. I just walked out and went to another branch where they treat people a little better

Terrible management. They’re always closing early and don’t care about the customer wasting their time on us. I think is time to go new bank. There is a lot of customers always waiting and simple 1 or 2 people unhappy with thwie job taking care of customers

Not very helpful. They have a policy to help out non account holders with certain transactions but they tend to create obstacles. Then expecting the customer to give up and to keep them from denying service.

Absolute worst Wells Fargo in existence. No matter if there is a line or you are the first one up they all operate on very slow speeds. No sense of urgency at all, this is regular to, I will no longer be coming here for my banking needs and I recommend everyone else do the same.

ONE TELLER. ONE. That's all I'm going to say. They should at least install their newest in-branch ATMs for large withdrawals, because this isn't helping. Absolutely ridiculous.
