Nelson was very nice and helpful, he went out of his way for us. The museum is not very big but it has a lot of really great history.

It is a small museum documenting the rise of wells fargo from stage coach operators to banking giant.I thought it was interesting and like the old stage coach on display. There were some other historical items on display as well. The stage were friendly and welcoming too.

Nice way to walk outside my building and take a quick break from work.Saw everything I wanted to see in less than 10 minutes. More of an exhibit than a museum in terms of size, but you could probably spend 30 mins to an hour reading the whole history if you wanted. The interactive stagecoach seems like it would be fun for kids, but it made me a little bit motion sick!Overall, cool experience. More companies should have exhibits of their history like this!

It's more interesting than it sounds. This isn't just all about the bank. It's the story of the American West. The pony express. The Gold Rush. Riding shotgun. The 1906 Earthquake. Fascinating stuff and a beautiful Concord coach in the front window (#186). Lots of documents under glass if you like to see that stuff. My son and I spent literally hours here and it's all 100% free.

I have been enjoying the Wells Fargo history museum in SF for over 40 years. I have seen a lot of changes inside over the years. While I still enjoy it, not close to what it used to be. A lot of items and exhibits have gone away. Kind of sad. Included a shot of theColumbia Office. Where it really got going.

This museum tells the story they want us to hear--how Wells and Fargo got rich transporting people during the Gold Rush. It weaves a story that leaves out the genocide of indigenous groups who were originally in the area. Wells Fargo continues to be a dishonest, unsustainable company. They give loans to fossil fuel companies that exploit our natural resources and have no place in a world that values all people. Don't visit this museum. Don't give them your money or bank with Wells Fargo.

Awesome! Nice variety of interactive exhibits. And for the low low price of FREE, it's a great value. Definitely stop by if you have the time and get your face printed on some old-timey money :)
