These wait times for people when going to banks are ridicules. I dread having to go in and Wish I could be done with the banking system

nice place.came during my lunch hour and the only teller was at lunch. i was asked to wait 25 mins. is that even reasonable? is there a supervisor or manager who can assist? is there a reason to have a physical site if we are pushed to online?

Just.... There is no notary at this location. There is no foreign currency exchange at this location. And I've called about 5 times today and no one has picked up the phone... otherwise the bank gets 2 stars for being super clean and the tellers are super nice!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CAN POSSIBLY ASK FOR SERIOUSLY!!! I have no idea where the BRANCH MANAGER LAILA ARNERICH received her talent and skill but where ever it was I truly think its just natural because she sure does an outstanding job with everything she does from A to Z.I am a customer that uses this branch on a daily basis and I have NEVER been treated with the upmost respect that she delivers to her customers.It is funny because its not just her but I think that it is rubbing off on her employees because I just can't find 1 thing that they do wrong.I had to take this time out of my work schedule to share this with the community Design district in San Francisco. If you are receiving horrible customer care go see LAILA and Dominique these girls will be sure to take care of all your needs in a high level of urgency and also in making sure everything is correct on your accounts and most of all leaving out the door with a smile and assurance that your financials are in good hands!!! First time coming into this location. I needed to close out an account. I arrived at 9:30am on a weekday and there were 2 tellers. One of the teller informed me they only have 1 banker and he's with a customer, it would be a 20 minute wait, have a seat. Everything inside still looks new and modern. Just wish there was another banker available to assist faster.
