The teller is nice enough, but seriously! Only one window open at lunchtime?! I've been in line for 30 min and there are still 2 people ahead of me. There were 3 other guys behind the glass, but they left without opening another window. Grrrr!!!! So frustrating!!!!!

MARKO WAS DISRESPECTFUL AND IGNORANT TO US. We came to the branch on 2 Grant Ave to open a joint account and get financial advice on investments to make a transfer from another financial institution. Inside the branch, everybody was busy, there were a lot of customers waiting to be helped. And I saw one employee, Marko, with an iPad in the lobby. When I came up to him with my family to obtain information, he cut me off and said "Someone will be with you shortly. Sit at the red chair," and he pointed his finger at the red chair. That was humiliating and disrespectful !As we sat on the "red chairs," in +-15 min., noon, the pointing guy left the branch with his backpack and a scooter ! Customers to the tellers were upset, because the long line was not moving at all. There were only two tellers. I felt really bad for those tellers, they got yelled at. And there was no manager nearby. After 45 minutes, it was obvious that no one was going to approach us... we left exhausted, humiliated, tired and stressed out. We went to another bank where we received the full 100% customer service from A to Z.

Waited 30 minutes in line because they only had two windows open at peak hour. I wanted to buy foreign currencies and when I finally got to talk to a cashier they informed me that Wells Fargo branches do not have any currency reserves anymore and currencies need to be ordered ahead of time. Then as a fallback they gave me the address of a CXI location that has CLOSED permanently... what a waste of time to work with this bank.

This location has officially become my Wells branch. I've gone in a few times recently and have received excellent service. Namely, from the manager, Brittany Francois, and the banker she paired me with, Gina Cabrera. They both have went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Thanks again. See you soon!

Long story short, had a question about my account. They wouldn't even ask what it was, only said I have to wait outside for up to 15 minutes. There was at least 12-15 employees and only 4 customers I could see. The blonde lady kept coming out with an attitude saying "maybe you should have made an appointment". Wouldn't even listen to me when I tried to ask if I could see a teller. I waited for almost an hour and saw those four customers leave and even less customers come in. The only response I got when I tried asking if a teller could help was once again "you should've made an appointment" as she rudely closed the door! I just had to walk away.

There were some issues cashing my check bec it can not be verified. The tellers worked on it and after 20 minutes, they were successful and I was able to get my money. While waiting, employees were friendly and offered water. I'm not a fan of bank establishments but this location, I would consider opening an account.

Wells Fargo continues to outdo itself when it comes to underserving its customers. Submitting PPP program applications for small businesses is just one of the latest examples. Our company waited for over a week for the bank to make the application available. We submitted our application within a couple of hours of receiving the application email with the link. WF started sending their form letters daily about how far behind they were. Then one day, after days of having already been informed in the news media, the WF email form cried about how the PPP money had run out and they could not process all of the applications. That was a wake-up call. We found other sources when we learned through word of mouth that we did not need to use the bank with our accounts. Within a few days of the second round of funding was released, we received the "loan" using the alternative application source. We are still receiving the form letter from WF saying that they are behind in the second round submissions and for us to make certain our application is complete so that they can submit it when the opportunity arises - of course, they give no guarantees. There is no way to get off that list or inform them that we no longer need their PPP services. We have since opened an account with the First Republic and moving our accounts.
