I came in last week in person looking to open an account for my teenage kid. Donna greeted us right away and got us set up for the appointment the following week. She made the entire process very enjoyable for my son and I. She walked us through the entire banking process and explained everything in detail to my kid. She was very personal and professional. 5 stars!! And thank you Maya for being a part of our wonderful experience.

Literally taking 30 minutes to withdraw $500 dollars. Multiple verification as if I'm committing fraud. I believe it has to do with me being a 6ft 3 black guy!

Awful customer service. I came in to ask for a bank statement through a letter and a few checks. There were 4 people working and a small line, but they managed to do everything extremely slow. I waited ONE hour to get my statement. It seems like what I needed wasn't important enough, because the manager was more worried about doing wire transfers. I waited for a long time, and when she could finally see me, she took a long time to put the letter together. I explained that I only needed a very simple letter with my name, date and full balance. When she finished, I told her I needed to get a few checks and she sent me back to the line because another customer was waiting to do a wire transfer. How ridiculous is that? Why do I have to get into the line again? She should at the very minimum have finished helping me after how long I waited to begin with. I wasted an hour of my time and I end up leaving without my check and almost missed another appointment I had. Awful branch! Please don't waste your time going here. I had the exact same request done in another branch in less than 5 minutes. Bad bad customer service! I'm considering closing my account and opening a new one with a bank that actually respects their customer.

Sucks. In a word. Nice people but the Bank itself couldn't care less about their customers.
