Lily, Chi and Angela are the backbone of this very popular and productive operation. Very friendly and welcoming to all not to mention extremely helpful with all your needs. Literally why would anyone use this pharmacy when they could use any other one on earth? They are impossible to understand on the phone unless you are a Mandarin speaker. The owner (I think) seemed to have a very loose grasp of anything I was saying and yelled at me when I asked to speak to someone else because he was not listening to me and speaking loudly in mandarin to someone else. They are super flaky about deliveries and just terrible at communicating. They did nothing that I asked and wasted a ton of my time. Go anywhere else. This place is a shitshow.

My grandpa usually comes to this pharmacy for his prescriptions, since his primary care provider is upstairs and they usually send his prescriptions here for convenience. This pharmacy caters mainly to Chinese speakers. I have not encountered any problems with this pharmacy until about a few months ago when I got a call from them that my grandpa picked up the wrong prescriptions and that we were to tell him to not take the medications and to bring it back. I was really questioning how was this able to happen when there should be the patient and doctors name on the prescriptions. Maybe the pharmacist couldn't read English or forgot to check the name, but shouldn't they have at least confirmed the name before handing over the prescriptions and explaining the usage. It was a good thing they found out the mistake and called me, but it could of been a huge liability issue on their end when it comes to giving the customer the wrong prescription. They really need to be more careful in the future when it comes to checking the names. Better yet, they should also confirm the date of birth, since a lot of people can have the same name.
