I was sitting on the sidewalk just relaxing against a tree and this old guy walked out and started spraying me with water. Worst art I've ever seen.

The Weinstein Gallery has an impressive collection of art that they exhibit and lend to other museums. If you are Leonor Fini fans like me, you can't miss this visit in San Francisco.

me and three of my friends walked in the other day, obviously not having the look of someone whose going to buy any piece of art, we were simply curious to see whats inside. as we walked in the gallery manager took us and almost private toured us explaining so kindly and professionally about the art he has. he didnt expect any payment, it was out of pure kindness and passion to what he does. what a delight!

The day I went the light inside was quite marvelous - it was bright and filled the gallery with all the colors from the exhibit.
I went to see the Neal cassady letter which included a lively conversation with the Christie representative. Also Kendy from the gallery offered several interesting thoughts about the artists and the direction the gallery is going.
The exhibition gave me a chance to see some of my favorite paintings without crowds and in such great light. Enjoyed it.

The collections are typically unique and exquisite. I first went here in late 2011 when they had several works by Marc Chagall and Pablo Picasso. It was the weekend, so I was wearing jeans and a t-shirt, but I was treated as if I might buy everything in the gallery.
