This place is dirty AF. The detergent dispenser in every machine is grimy and moldy. There's always something wrong with the machines. But the owners are good at refunding you back if a machine breaks down. I was coming here for years. The final straw was when I saw a homeless man drying his dirty blanket in the machines. I figured out a way to install a portable washing machine and dryer in my apartment. It was quite the investment but so much more convenient and I have the ease of mind that my clothes are actually clean.

I frequently help a family member in the area do their laundry and I come here often. It's very clean, has a pleasant and calming atmosphere, there are lots of machines, and lots of chairs so you can wait. Unlike the Balboa laundromat a block away which is cramped and has little seating. I've never had any issues until last week, when a top loader broke down on me with five minutes left and didn't drain my clothes. So I wrung the clothes out by hand and used up an extra two quarters in the dryer to get them dry. No big deal, stuff happens. I filled out a refund/broken machine form and submitted it into the mailbox beside the change machine. I thought my chances of getting a refund would be pretty decent as there was still a pool of water left in the broken machine to prove that I wasn't scamming. I forgot about it and went about my workweek. Well today, less than a week later, my refund arrived in the mail from Wash Mart! Very happy to get it. They have integrity, unlike a bunch of laundromats I've been to previously in SF and LA where they could give a crap about your refund. Props to them and I'm going to keep giving them my business.

Just a convenient laundrymat near home. Nothing exceptional. Today, a customer's washer failed on the rinse/spin cycle, leaving her with soaking wet clothes !! Dryers and washers usually in working order, but you never know for sure. All in all, this laundry facility is well taken care of and clean.

Update: Today the owner replaced my sheets with the same kind and paid me back the 2.50 I lost on the machine. Really unexpected and great customer service.May 5 - I pulled out my white sheets from the washer only to find them covered in what looks like grease. I ran them through a different washer afterwards and had no luck getting the stain out. They’re ruined..

Ive been coming here for years. It's always clean and safe. In fact, if you come in the evening the owner(?) will be there picking up and preparing for close. It's also an honest business. After putting money in a machine I discovered it was malfunctioning. I completed one of the forms on location and they mailed me my money back. It's a simple place, but that's all that's needed for a laundromat.

Closed before their posted closing hours. We showed up 10 mins before 10pm and the door was locked. Super annoying. Couldn’t get a hold of any of the contact numbers posted. Don’t go here.
