Laundromat is terrible and dirty. Dropped off laundry for wash and fold and got it back. Laundry was filthy. And I found a roach in there laundromat. DONT EVER USE THIS SERVICE!!!

Super kool futuristic wash card. Decent price open late. About $5 to wash my comforter and work uniforms. Dryer $1 for 15 mins. Usually $2 to dry medium load $3 for my comforter. Atm. Bathrooms clean. Ask for key.

Not the same after the remodel. Half as much space and machines, no TV or couches. There's still some renovations happening but ATM I can't recommend.

I made an online order a few weeks ago, everything was fine. A little pricey but they did a good job. I just went on today and the site apparently no longer has a valid SSL certificate, which means Microsoft Edge does not think it's secure. I called them to let them know, they just said "Try using Chrome". Not really happy with that answer since Edge is more secure than Chrome. Okay. Thanks for getting right on that. So I tried Chrome. Same exact error (not secure). If you are posting credit card and other personal data to a site, it is pretty important that they pay for good security.

This is a nice,good-sized,clean laundromat. It is not the cheapest in town or the most expensive,it is right about in the middle as price ranges go in SF. For 1 load, the price difference between this place and others is negligible. If you have a ton of laundry,it can get expensive quickly. For a small or moderate load of laundry,this is a great place!

Very kind owners and staff. Had an issue w one of the cards and they were incredibly nice and helped to get the machine back up and running. They'd had electrical work being done that day so it was a random issue but they couldn't have been nicer. Always had a good experience here and their washers are HUGE! And quick (23 minute cycle). Definitely recommend this neighborhood spot.

It's great if you doing large loads Do not use the small white washers, up front! They have a tendency to get stuck on different cycles. So it may take you 2 hours to get one load of laundry washed

People work here usually are very nice and accommodating. However, today, my clothes came out dead cold when I set the washer to be hot. I told the Filipino lady who worked there. She basically said she saw the clothes were there for a while that’s why they were cold and basically called me a lair. Well, I was nearby the machine myself so it wouldn’t be a while but 5 minutes tops but either way, the clothes should not be dead cold even in the center.
If she said they would look into it or fix it, it would have been completely okay as these things happens but trying to argue with me and calling me a lair was not acceptable and bad customer service.
I will still come back because other people who work here are supper nice.

The use to make sure people actually washed and not just dried.... machines smell. Had to clean out all of the "detergent bins". Rather expensive to have these conditions.
