Well if you enjoy being followed around by a certain young heavy set Chinese female employee this store is for you. It seems like a fun game for her pointing at black/brown customers to her co-workers and following customers of black/brown skin colors around in the store. Many of the other Asian and Chinese employees are extremely friendly and helpful. They offer impeccable customer service. Walgreens just need to fire that one employee. Racism should have no place in any retail establishment.

Avoid this place if u can I will give it a 0 star
Employees are rude + the security. They have a fake manager name Ross he will get you in trouble with the law even if you are just shopping.

Had a sinus infection & got my prescription sent to Walgreens. Waited on line till the pharmacy closed at 1:25pm. Returned at 2pm & waited in line again. They told me it's not ready yet & they'll text me when it is. After 7pm, I walked over and waited in line again. They told me that they don't have my insurance on file and didn't fill it. They asked me to sit down & wait for ten minutes for them to fulfill it. Walgreens is nice, but lacks competence.

Did everyone know that Alto no longer has a needle drop off? Neither did we. After discovering that the place we'd purchased thousands of dollars in IVF items would not take the sharps containers back, this Walgreens was the closest location that would. I was able to hand over the four sharps containers in a bag to the Pharmacy tech who accepted them with no issues. This location seems to have quite a bit of loss since almost everything was locked up, but at the end of the day, they helped us out when Alto let us down - so they're four stars in my book.

Just one window open to 15 people??!!The other two windows people inside laughing and making jokes.Please check the camera Any day and you will see what I'm talking about.and pick any day. And you will see what I'm talking about.

The pharmacy staff are horrible they NEVER have you're prescriptions ready ..the amount of pills you are to get always few pills missing

When you use the app, it shows your things is ready. But when you go to the pharmacy, they said don't believe the app.I will not use the app Again again.

Denean in the pharmacy went way above and beyond to help me since the Walgreens App was not working right for prescriptions. They were super friendly and provided the information and assistance I needed as a out of state person in need of a new Rx. She deserves plenty of recognition and has my gratitude. The app did work for delivery of non-prescription products, and the store (along with their delivery service) sent the items I requested in a very timely manner.

Kept on hold for both 49 minutes and an hour and 15 minutes respectively just to check if my prescription was ready, they never picked up. Continually lied to me that they did not have my prescription when I went in person. Probably the least competent batch of employees I have dealt with at any major pharmacy company. Steer very clear of this Walgreens.

Spent 100$ for a apple gift card and it was invalid, and I was mad but since it’s rare to get invalid cards so I thought it’s going to be fine, then I went back there again to get a apple gift card once more and when I got it it was invalid and I feel like there putting invalid cards on purpose so don’t get apple gift cards over there lol
