I am reviewing based on the pharmacists. Worst Walgreens location! Prescriptions are always several days delayed. The staff make up their own rules and claim that a 30-day refill can be refilled on day 31? When day 31 arrives they haven't ordered it yet. They respond very rude even if the refill is approved by doctor and insurance. It feels like the staff at this pharmacy just want to make things as difficult as possible.

This Walgreens is really good. I have been shopping from there for a few weeks and must say it’s quite good, the prizing is also affordable!

I just went to pick up a photo card I purchased previously online a few hours ago and realized that I wanted another one. I asked one of the staff how long it would take for me to print another order for a different photo since it usually takes about an hour according to their website. The staff was super nice and friendly, and mentioned that he can just print it out for me within five minutes if he's not busy. And he told me he's not busy. . By the time I finish uploading another order, it's already like 10 minutes later. I went back to the counter, but he stepped away. So I asked another staff, and she is also super nice too! She printed it out for me within two minutes! Thank you to the wonderful staff!! .

The absolute worst pharmacy customer service out there. The store itself has descent customer service. The pharmacy is always SLOW, whether it's in person or on the phone. I live within walking distance and it's the only reason I utilize the pharmacy because of convenience. After years of coming here I am moving to another pharmacy. It's not worth the anxiety I get coming here . Xiu Ling, pharmacist, rude, rude, rude. I think you forget people have choices. You really should not be responding to customers like they're bothering you. The absolute worst customer service at this pharmacy. Between Marina at the register to the pharmacists. Take your medical money elsewhere.

This review is for Mei. She went way beyond my expectations in locating a product I needed. We couldn't see it on the shelf and so I left the section we were in to pay for my other products. While up at the checkout line, Mei suddenly appeared! After I had left her, she continued looking for that product and found it Most employees would have stopped looking for something when at first glance it seemed not to be on the shelf. The fact she was tenacious and cared enough to find it for me was now worthy Mei is a gem!

Worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Twice now my prescriptions have been "in processing" over two days. Impossible to get on the phone with someone who can help. Just horrrible

I am reviewing this Walgreens based on the pharmacy.Just terrible. Very slow service, no we don't have it in stock (very normal antibiotic), only partial fill, come back in a few days, no it's still not here, too bad. Pharmacist gave incorrect storage instructions, contradicted by several reputable online sources. Better to just buy some candy in place of your medication, and at least you may have some placebo benefit, unless you have diabetes. They have lots of candy there.

Longest wait ever at the pharmacy. Every time. I waited 45 mins on a random Wednesday for a prescription that isn't controlled. It wasn't even packaged. It had been called in 2 days before. I'm writing this while waiting for my flu shot

Before a mixed Walgreens branch. The range was quite good, I found everything I needed, but unfortunately the staff wasn't that friendly or was rarely seen.

20 minutes on hold as a physician to give a them a verbal prescription. Very unusual. Told it would be ready in one hour. Came in 2 hrs later to pick up, then spent 15 minutes at the "Express Pickup"window while the clerk entered my data.. literally name, address,and insurance numbers only . Then told to sit down for a few minutes while they got it ready....13 minutes later...I'm given the prepackaged box in there stapled bag. They definitely should rename that as " majorly slow pickup" window. Worse service ever... They have to have a monopoly in the area or they wouldn't survive.And the grand finale.... After I got back home and opened up the bag, they gave me the wrong dose! Beyond comprehension..I had to call, Wait on hold, get it corrected, wait in line again, and they charge me for it too! Trust me if there's another pharmacy near you... go there, luckily I don't live in town but definitely won't use them again if I return.

This has to be one of the worst pharmacies I've ever had to deal with. Every month I have the same issue with one of my prescriptions and am left for days without it. Every. Single. Month. I can't tell you how stressful that it. Only 2 people at this location actually know what they are doing and are able to handle problems that arise. And of course those 2 people deserve time off so when they're not working god forbid something go wrong. They are constantly hiring and training new employees yet always understaffed.I don't typically like to write negative reviews but I have yet to have one positive experience here.

For some reason or another, this location always seems to be short-staffed. To deal with being short staffed, the team here is often resentful, emotionally displaced, and scattered all over the store.I also don't like the feeling that as an African-American man, I can't walk inside of this store without the security guard thinking that I am going to steal something.How do I know that they're thinking this? Because as soon as I walk into the store, they go from standing to the front of the store to following me into the refrigeration section that's where I usually get my drinks from.However, that's just a part of living in Cal Hollow, one of the most racist parts of San Francisco to live in. This store has a lot better needs to improve overall. Customer service and hospitality need to be one of them.Getting more staff should be the next. They need to get younger people in the store who have more energy.
