Please hire more pharmacy personnel. The competent kind, would be even better. Standing in a long line and getting sent back and forth might be ok if we're waiting to get into concert, but not ok when you're in severe pain. Not to mention they almost gave me someone else's meds. I don't blame the people working there. They are obviously understaffed, overwhelmed, and stressed out, but maybe provide benches for people who are waiting to sit, the few chairs are definitely not sufficient for the 10 people in line. Also, there is no cell service there, so you can't even let anyone know why you've gone missing for an hour or two

Coming to this Walgreens is a painful experience. The line at the pharmacy is incredibly slow (expect to wait at least 30 mins even if there are only 4 people in front of you). Everything on the shelves is locked up too. Avoid.

Always been slow, now somehow even worse in the past 6 months or so. Expect 20 min waits for pharmacy.

Do not use this pharmacy! It is dangerous to use a pharmacy that plays games with your prescriptions. People can really get sick without their prescriptions.

As usual, long queues at the pharmacy and at checkout - all employees too busy to respond to my request in the OTC medicine department. Everything is locked up, so there’s no possibility of self service. No one available to answer questions. After waiting for 7 repeats of service needed in that department, I returned the goods I had in hand, and gave up.
Walgreens has shut down some nearby branches, saving on overheads, overworking their remaining employees, and worsening service for customers. That’s the way of Walgreens?

Truly the worst pharmacy ever. I really don’t get angry with service usually, but this is a notably aggravating exception. I’m sure they’re understaffed and underpaid but I have not once had a good experience here. The first couple times I tried to get medication here one guy continued to tell me different issues, ultimately telling me that my insurance didn’t cover it. That was odd because I’ve never had issues with that and it was something I had JUST re-discussed with my doctor. After this 3rd visit he told me to call my insurance, which, annoying, but ok. My insurance lady then spoke to him and the pharmacists told her the reason they couldn’t complete my medication was because it wasn’t in stock, which I told my insurance agent was not what I was told. She called them again and finally found out that he had input my *gender* incorrectly. Ok, a pretty obvious mistake to not be able to correct after three separate visits and combing over my information multiple times. But still, thought there would be smooth sailing after that so whatever.
However! Once again, there have been more issues. Today they say they can’t refill one of my prescriptions, after waiting 30 minutes, because it hasn’t been filled since December! Which… is only because it was was out of stock very frequently since then! He had to contact my doctor, and told me they would hopefully return his call sometime that day. I went back to talk to him after realizing I would have no way of knowing when my prescription was ready. He then enrolled me in a text for updates service. Why couldn’t he have done that before? Why couldn’t this location try to make it a little easier to pick up your medication, which may be already difficult for people to go and do?
My previous pharmacies were so easy. I went, gave my name and date of birth and had my prescription within a couple minutes. I really really wish this location could get it together, because it is so conveniently located for me and so many other people.
I’m pretty much just screaming from the rooftops, but why! A little care and efficiency would be SO NICE. Just feels like every time I go it will be a matter of what’s wrong today or at the very least a 15 minute wait for pretty standard prescriptions.

Absolute nightmare to work with. The poor pharmacists are overworked which just leads to a horrible experience for everyone involved. They also are not well supplied.

The worst pharmacy, I’ve ever had to deal with. Wish this was the location that got closed and fired all the incompetent workers! My mom was in pain and needed simple medication. Since the insurance did not cover they made her just jump hoops all day just to pay in cash!!! Who does not want cash??? Then put me on hold on the phone for hours! First could not get through for an hour then the person could not answer the question and transferred me to the moon and another long wait! Still on hold and no answer!!! Why was the good pharmacy with competent workers got laid off but these crazies still have their job??? too bad I could not give negative 100 rating!!

The pharmacy use to be reliable. Refills now are a mess. Order get lost or partially filled which leads to waiting or having to return a second time. If a prescription has expired they say they will contact my doctor but never do.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. This is the WORST pharmacy ever. If they are out of my medication I ask them how long until it'll be restocked and they say "to call them". But then you call them and they hang up on you. Ridiculous! Take your hard earned cash elsewhere

The pharmacy is the absolute worst. They NEVER have my meds ready. They tell you to pick them up and then it takes hours to fill AFTER you arrive. They are horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible.
