I was in the city for a meeting and felt like I was fighting something and decided to vitamin and mineral up and that brought me to this location. I got some Zicam, zinc lozenges and mineral water. It's on the smaller side as you would expect from a downtown location but they had everything. I am bumping up a star for them just being open despite all the closures in the area.

They always take care of all my days from medication's to personal care Also, they have a nice selection of snacks, cleaning products, dish washing products, and all such things make up etc. etc..

Literally the slowest people at the pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. Even when there is a long line they are hesitant to open the second window. It’s a night are to deal with these people. If you plan to pickup prescriptions expect at least a 20min between the line and just having them simply give you the prescription. It’s insane how terrible this customer service is at the pharmacy. If you try calling expect to be answered within an hour.There staff is clearly not ready to handle customers let alone any sort of demand

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. The pharmacist Jenny is incompetent. If you call they will let the phone ring for five minutes then hang up. Won't fill prescriptions, commonly mix up dosages, shortages of common medicines. Please find a different nearby store. They urgently need to shut this store down.

Terrible store. I returned an item that I purchased online and she gave me a card with credit instead of returning my money. I just knew that the card only can be used at the store and even has restrictions on purchase. Even though that was her fault who had difficulties on system, the manager neglected my issue so my money was gone.
Be careful on returning your money. Just visit other locations. You don't need to feel bad on your purchase.

The worst Walgreens I have encountered of 18 years of my practice. They put me on hold after I spoke to Pharmacy tech for over 20-30 mins. They don't pick up phone for the lunch hour. There must be no cross-coverage, which is below standard for a large system like Walgreens.

Hours at this location are much more limited then others and they do not have a large variety. Staff is friendly, always seems overly secured with multiple security guards at door.

Pharmacy closed all weekend is a big negative. On top of this, the wait time is long and the pharmacy retail clerks seem to be frazzled.

I rushed to get there before the store closed and got there with plenty of time to get the 1 item I needed. They wouldn’t let me in and told me their posted hours don’t matter. I get stores want to close on time but closing before their posted hours is bad business.

They have the best manager ever. Very helpful. She is one of the best and always very kind to people. No matter you can't find that thing you need, she will try her hardest to go around the store and find it for you. Boss keep up the good work.

Racist store clerk stopped me from purchasing over the counter meds by carding me and creating a scene right in front of everyone at the store. There are literally people taking merchandise off the shelves and walking out of the store without paying. No one was there to stop them. And the store clerk chose to embarrass me in front of everyone. Shame!
