Their photo services are the worst! The online Walgreens portal will direct to this Walgreens. Whenever you ask them for you order, the staff will avoid you and waste your time. They will not print out your documents. Don’t waste your time here.

Do NOT use for FedEx packages. I paid to redirect a package here as we were away. The staff onsite are not able to help with any FedEx issues and despite FedEx stating that the package is here it is NOT. zero recourse other than calling the infinite online hold loop at fedex.

The most inefficient Pharmacy is the city. After waiting in a long line, Orders are never actually ready when they say they would. Always need to comeback later, wait in the line again, and likely - it still won’t be ready! Who ever runs this place needs to bw fired! This is a forever persisting problem!

Pharmacist named Tammy is unhinged. I called along with a representative from my insurance to ask if a prescription was in stock and she yelled at both of us and hung up on us. “I aM a VeRy bUsY pHarMaCisT!” She sounded like a deranged person screaming on the street.

Tammy the Pharmacist is unhinged. I called with a rep from my insurance to ask a question about a medication and she yelled at us and hung up on us. "I aM a VeRy bUsY pHarMaCisT!" She sounded like a deranged person screaming on the street. It was unprofessional and disturbing when I just had a simple prescription question and someone from my insurance was even on the line with me.

This review is for Craig the pharmacist. He is actually the worst. I waited AN HOUR for my vaccine appointment and there was just 1 person ahead of me. I did not think it was possible for a human to move this slowly. Also he sat in the only chair in the room meant for the patient while I stood. It was bonkers - I had to bend down so he could reach my arm? I also overheard him make jokes about not killing patients which is horribly inappropriate. Avoid at ALL COSTS. Avoid avoid avoid

I have called to try to get my prescriptions ready before I show up and have to wait 30 min every time and never have they answered the phone. Not once and I’ve been on for over an hour

Complete chaos at the pharmacy. We pre registered online for flu shots and waited an hour for them to process paperwork. First it was the computer.Then the pharmcist changing shift. Then they were contracting out to a immunization service that just starting. Paperwork after paperwork. No one knows what is going on and real good at asking you ti wait. No ine concern about the customer. Never again. Cvs is more organized

Somehow every single fed ex drop off at a Walgreens is terrible. I came in with 5 packages to drop off and ran out of tape. The lady proceeds to tell me I need to buy more tape but need to get out of line and wait again in the long line because there's customers and she needs to get to them. I literally just left the store after because she was so unhelpful and didn't want to give me 2 minutes to grab a roll of tape! F*ck this and the employee!!!

Walgreens is probably one of the last local places to get photos or personalized cards printed so I really appreciated that service. The photo card I created was ready within 30 minutes. Other branches had a delay of a week or longer. The manager, Bennett was extremely helpful because we had problems with the alignment, but he worked very hard to try to get it made the best he could. I really appreciated his customer service today and his kind disposition during the entire process. His effort was 4-stars. I had to deduct 1-star only because the photo printing device was not as precise as it could be (card print was misaligned from what was created online which is not his fault). Everyone I spoke with that worked there were very helpful and hard working. I noticed shelves were well stocked and the line for the store purchases did not have a wait time. It was also very convenient to have the parking lot for their customers. I highly recommend this Walgreens branch.
