Slowest pharmacy ever. Place your order at another pharmacy if possible. Staff was no where to be found and annoyed.

The pharmacy has a lot of issues, not sure if it's understaffed, if they're dealing with difficult clientele, or what is happening but they are glacially slow. If you need medication quickly make sure to call and confirm they are working on it otherwise it might just be sitting there not being worked on.

The fat man in the pharmacy refused to take the medicine for me immediately and simply asked me to wait for at least one hour! Does that make sense?

They never answer the phone. No way to get info unless you waste time going in there. Avoid this place like the plague. Besides, you’ll probably catch it there.

first of all if i make a appointment for a rabies shot you better make sure you have it rather than wasting my valuable time. lynda the pharmacist or whatever her role is there needs to get fired and go. she wasted my entire lunch break just to tell me they dont have my shot. like do you understand how bad this makes you look as a company and as a pharmacy to waste someones time after they made appointment. the least yall could have done was call and let me know you guys dont have it. smh waste of time this place is garbage b

The pharmacy is understaffed. 30 min hold times on the phone. Often out of medications. Otherwise the pharmacy can be okay.

Not even 1 star. This is THE WORST PHARMACY and STORE EVER . Terrible service. Staff should be fired for their laziness and absolute incompetence.

This place tends to screw up prescriptions - doctor's office has to call it in more than once, they run out of stock and provide no warning, etc etc. Almost every time. However usually the staff is nice enough so I look past it.Today though, super slow and rude service. I have worked many customer service jobs and would just have not acted like this. Maybe he's super burnt out/needs a break, and if so that's on management & staffing. I think it's just time to switch pharmacies honestly.Edited to add: I switched to the online Amazon pharmacy and it's been a week since Amazon contacted them for my prescription transfer and of course they haven't responded yet. -1 star

Absolute joke of a pharmacy. Do not go to Walgreens for your vaccinations. The appointments mean nothing, and you'll still stand in a line for a while, only to check in and then have to wait again. Not worth the promo they may offer, either... just opt for your annual doc visit or CVS, if you can choose.

This was the worst experience ever with getting a passport photo. Asked for a digital passport style photo, had to pay $29 to get the prints (not needed) and for the flash drive. Results? I couldn't use this photo when uploading on the needed website, it showed that the Compression Rate was wrong. that never once happened to me before, now I will never come back to Walgreens and will have to pay more for another photo somewhere else.

I usually have a good experience here but I called today (11/3/23 around 10:30 am), inquiring about the status of my Rx, and the person who answered at the pharmacy had the worse attitude. I was already on hold for 20 minutes in a prior call and was hung up on. Called back again, stayed on the line for an additional 10 mins before she picked up. She was rude and had a condescending/sarcastic tone in her responses. If answering questions aggravates you so much don’t work in a customer facing role. Your attitude isn’t anyone else’s problem.

Disappointing and pathetic experience yet again. If you value your time please stay away from this Walgreens. Prescription is never on time. The staff is super rude and fedex returns is the most stressful experience ever
