The people at the pharmacy are SO rude. I tried to ask a couple questions on the phone and the person just hung up on me after my first questions! Also the previous visit I was there the people behind the counter were just plain mean to everyone in line. Very disappointing customer service.

Store manager not just a title, need to have the ability to control store traffic and handle multiple tasks at the same time. I come here very often to pick up online orders, I can say most of time line is long and one cashier here. Today 3/11/2024 4:10-4:40, I am here to pick up orders as usual,line is long so I just look around, client has questions about payment and need to refer to store manager, only one cashier there and long line. Both of my orders had problems, system freeze and also need manager, at the same time a customer complained how come no one provide assistance. What does this manager do? He spend almost 30 minutes with the client about payment problem, can you help other coworker first then spend your time with this client later, obviously this manager does not had this kinds of abilities.I will not come back

PRO: PHARMACY STAFF: excellent.
CON: VERY, VERY Busy so there can be a wait in line and to reach them by phone.
Pharmacy staff are amazingly kind and helpful, patient and generous with their time taking calls and answering questions; they are supportive, help navigate obstacles, explain steps to take to resolve issues they can’t fix.
At the end of 2023, there was a glitch in the phone system, and they were short staffed, so it was nearly impossible to reach them by phone.
However, as always, they remained generous and patient when you did get through.

Pharmacy always have a huge line, typically 6-12 people long and it takes FOREVER for the line to move. I’d say average wait per customer served is easily 5mins. Nearly every trip takes 30 mins just to get through the line. Get it together and hire more staff!!!

This pharmacy is the worst. They take days to fill prescriptions and you have no idea when it'll be done. They don't answer the phone (or if they do you have to wait two hours) so you go to the pharmacy, wait in a 30 minute line, only to be told it's not ready yet and to come back later. Later you'll have to wait in a 45 min line, even though they claim to have express pickup online. They don't have extra staff to help at checkout even if there's a line down the whole aisle.
You'll do this every month if you have regular prescriptions. It's never not like this. And don't get me started on going in for vaccines. Expect to be there waiting for awhile with an appointment.
And I'm not sure what others are talking about, the staff is not friendly. I get it, though, they're overworked and everyone who comes in yells at them. This is a corporate issue and it's pathetic. People shouldn't have to regularly go through this for medicine they need.
I'm done with this pharmacy...I'll go further away just to find one that's a tiny bit better.

Staff is super nice . Overworked. My One Star review is not a reflection of the friendly staff. These poor employees are way too busy and they clearly do not have the resources to do an excellent job. #sad. Line is absurd. Poor workers have to deal with insurance et cetera.

I wrote a review 8 months ago and the pharmacy situation has not changed. This location is the worst in the city. They leave you on a phone hold for hours and when you go into the actual store for help the pharmacy is unorganized and rude. They need to fire the pharmacy staff and start over.

I'm not going to this location again! I tried to return something within the return policy, with the receipt and they declined to help me. Don't accuse your customers of doing something unethical, it's outright rude!

This Walgreens is probably the safest Walgreens in the city from my experience. Unfortunately the service is so appallingly bad that it doesn't matter. The pharmacy never answers their phone. Not ever. When they do pick up, the pharmacist hangs up immediately. Prescriptions are always delayed. I picked up a prescription a month ago and they forgot to register it on my account. Like they have no record of it. They call the wrong doctors for refills, their computers are always "slow". I was robbed at the last Walgreens I went to and that seems better than the problems with this location. At least the other Walgreens did what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it. My daily prescription is 5 days delayed. This is highly unprofessional for health care related business. Transferring all my business to an independent pharmacy.

This is the place where common sense goes to die. They made me stand in line for 1hr just to tell me that they now need me to wait 30 more minutes. 45 minutes have passed, and they are making me wait more. 2 hours spent in the pharmacy to be told that my son's medication is out of stock. Save your time and money by taking your business elsewhere.

Great location for the Walgreens, seems like it would be convenient for us with its proximity to our home.But we've had consistent problems all year with the pharmacy. We've tried all 4 ways of ordering prescription refills in their system, yet each time we are met with controversy.We've called in twice. Ordered through the app, gone in person, and had our doctor order directly for us.For the phone ins we had confirmation that the prescription would be ready after 11am the next day. Both times it was not ready and we were told to come back the next day after showing up.For the app, we had a confirmed receipt that our prescription was ready. Upon arrival we were told it was not prepared and we had to wait a half hour. The time I went in person, I was told to come back in 30 minutes and it would be ready. I came back in 90 and a different pharmacist said it had not been filled and to come back in 30 minutes. Staff are friendly, but the lack of communication and efficiency is frustrating.I think the blame mostly falls on the system they use. Just know it's unreliable and be ready to wait in line for 15 minutes, and then at least another 30 minutes or more for the prescription.

This is my neighborhood Walgreens and I'm very glad they're here. The employees are always very nice and extremely helpful. They're up and down the isles unlocking cabinets so we can purchase the things we need. This store like so many others has been targeted by thieves and that puts the employees in danger and makes their jobs so much harder. There were security guards for a short time and I must admit, I felt better about the guards being there. For everyone's safety and to hopefully reduce the shoplifting. WE NEED THIS STORE TO STAY OPEN! Management: Please bring the guards back and do whatever you need to do to keep the shoplifters from targeting our store.
