Horrid experience never again. I was in line for 35 minutes to pick up medications for a surgery waiting patiently. When I got to the window I had to wait for the pharmacist to put back a medication that was deleted. I waited there 25 more minutes and was then told to sit down. I said just give me what you have and I will leave. The clerk repeated loud that I need to sit down. I was then ostracized by a man standing in line that told me I am holding up the line and to sit down. I replied I can't because of the pain in my knees. It was a horrid experience I nearly burst into tears.

The pharmacists here are very nice. But, expect to wait a long time in line because they don't have enough help. Don't be so cheap Walgreens hire more help or get a number system so people can shop while waiting.

Should've put a sign up if "system is down" for clipper card system. I have waited for 10 mins for no reason.

. Repeatedly late refills taking up to a week. Unable to request early, probably due to insurance. I am trying to manage a teenager recovering from brain cancer and cannot continue to have gaps in medication. The pharmacist literally told me over the phone that they were just too busy with Covid vaccines to refill timely and too stressed out. Well I am pretty stressed out myself caring for a sick child and trying to manage Walgreens. I repeatedly have to call to remind we need our refills. It was so late last time, ( I called 3 times) they had delivered.

Wait long time in line. Very frustrating experience. Did not appreciate how good we had it with Puri and Connie on Ocean Ave before Walgreens closed. How can a Walgreens be so different

Amazing how much change has come to my neighborhood Walgreens. My prescriptions are being filled on time. The line for pharmacy pickup is much quicker. The pharmacy staff is picking up the phone in a timely manner now. They are finally having additional cashiers help checkout in the front when there are a line of customers. I hear the new store manager is making a lot of changes for the better. Always my go to pharmacy for the easy public parking lot next to this Walgreens and the bountiful shops and restaurants in the West Portal neighborhood. Frequently drop by for the essentials after taking the muni from my office downtown to the West Portal Station only blocks from this Walgreens.

The pharmacy here NEVER seems to get orders on time. The lines are always ridiculously long and they will say a RX will be ready in x time and then it’s not and you have to return hours or even a day later. Not helpful if you need medication in a timely manner

There’s always a line out the door and never enough folks working at the pharmacy. And although I’ve asked a few times, they can’t seem to fix having my monthly prescription filled at the wrong Walgreens.

I had the pleasure of being helped today at this Walgreens. While the store would probably get a 4 star rating from me...I had exceptional help from a young lady, "Lydia". She inquired if I needed help, which I did. She then talked me through the options and assisted me to make the right choice for my specific needs. She also completed the circle, by telling me where to look for my next item and assisted me finding it. I'm having some eye issues, so her help was timely and extremely appreciated. I was there only to buy some random stuff ( feminine products, vitamins , etc ) and I found what I wanted .The employees were fast in responding also . I might not go for the pharmacy though. The location is great I parked in the street but there is parking right next to it.

Do not go there. They don't answer phones (staff told me they ignore the phone), was on phone one hour and 59 minutes before hung up with no answer. The Pharmacist denied the prescription. She said it was approved by Doctor and approved by the insurance company but she the pharmacists felt it was unnecessary. After arguing for a few moments she told to go to CVS. Avoid this place and their long lines, pick a different store.
