Made a vaccine appointment and was instructed to arrive 20 minutes ahead of time. Still waiting for my appointment nearly an hour later and the staff has not communicated anything about their extreme delays.

Really enjoy this little Walgreens. It is a lot more limited in options, butttt is open 24hrs. Which is extremely convenient. So is the pharmacy.

The store has really plummeted in service. Long line day or night and trying to get help is almost impossible. The employees are friendly enough but short staffed and routinely state how poorly they are treated. Didn't even bother with the pharmacy units is you're only choice. Worse times 10.

One of the few Walgreens pharmacies that are still open 24x7 in San Francisco and on the Peninsula. The pharmacy staff is always courteous and professional and happy to help answer your questions regarding prescription and over-the-shelf medication.

I have fond memories of this place as a visitor from London 20-30 years ago. It would be somewhere I would always go to when I visited the area and we don’t anything really like this where I live, that sells such a range of good stuff.
Ah nostalgia! I would often shop and buy things I couldn’t get at home, as I used to love all things American. The friend I used to visit, Jeff, has passed now and so I have no reason to visit, also due to a lack of funds. Maybe one day I will return. It’s great to see the old place is still there. It just felt comfortable, I don’t know why. It’s sad to see from the map that Castro Street has changed so much. But this shop is still there, and so am I. ?.

They don’t actually fill prescriptions when they receive them? Got there and the person explained to me it hadn’t been done yet, but could get “expedited” in 30 minutes. No communication anywhere and can’t see anything in the Walgreens App… I’ll pass. Maybe there’s a company that delivers ?

Went for Rx pick up and was told no Rx had been received by an employee who’s face was blank and affect flat. No resolution was offered, like simply calling the clinic themselves to obtain the Rx! OK, I will call the clinic myself but it would have been a nice offer for them to do it, especially if they want my business! If you expect any type of customer service from your pharmacy, you may want to reconsider this one! I get the impression that they dont care, especially when it comes to doing bussiness or providing even an acceptable level of service.

Sometimes I wonder if Walgreens specifically seek out hires who are extremely rude for no reason. Doesn’t matter where you are in the country, all the same

I don't know why this pharmacy doesn't have more people working. There is always a long line and 2 people tops. Help your staff out and give them some help!

My prescription was sent to this pharmacy yesterday. Since then the prescription was put on hold (they run out of penicillin!), I can't move the prescription to another pharmacy (I always get an error when trying doing this online), and however long I am waiting on the call it seems like the queue ahead of me wouldn't go down. I am out of options and out of medications. I don't know how to trust them in the future.
