Service so bad. No one pickup the phone call and the medicine refill takes two weeks still on process. When I been there she said come back two hours after two hours there she said still need two hours…. That was happened in May 31th . Today already Jun 7th still on pressings.

Complete charity cases working here. Registered for an appointment for a covid/flu test online, and these clowns not only didn't have any idea that they had people booking appointments today, but they had the nerve to tell me they don't have the capacity for this stuff on the weekends. I guess it was selfish of me to get sick and book an appointment on the weekend?

This Pharmacy tells you to call them and then audibly hangs up on your call before you can get off hold. Happened multiple times.

A corporation took down my review for the 4th time. this store allowed a pos cusomer to push me out of the way & the cashier did nothing & actually helped her & thats Walgreens why didnt she say anything ??? because they are vile people that dont care about anyone this store is now a vile pit !!! like most of the people in this city just idiots btw, no one said a word nothing !!! just stared thats the people here in this dystopian hell-hole no one gives a rats *** BTW the Noe Valley location has rats you know that WOKIES ??? no because youre idiots is why.

The location is close to my house. That's the main reason I go there. Convenience...It's annoying that I have to callsomeone just to get some particular product from the shelf. But I guess it's the same whenever you go now...

Terrible customer service! This is the last time I will visit this location. You have lost a customer. I will take my business to a different store! With the crime and crap that is going on in San Francisco, I understand why some customer service representatives, can present an attitude! However, you should still practice proper etiquette when dealing with customers! So here is the "latest skinny." I went in to the store and I asked one of the employees, if they knew where to find Q tips, so he said to me "in the back." So I was searching for the Q tips and I said "I cannot find the Qtips." So he said to me in a very nasty condensing manner "It's in the back do you understand?" He treated me, like I was a person that did not understand, what the English language consist of! I felt insulted and said to him, sir I understand English perfectly well." Now if you would have said to me "hey the Qtips are in the back of the store and make a left turn, that would have been clear instructions! So I said to him, you need to be careful how you speak to people! I did not want to create a scene due to his ignorance and I told the manager, "I am walking away, this is terrible customer service! This place gets a thumbs down from me! Shame on you Walgreens for treating people in a condensing manner!

Not a bad store and the location is very convenient. Depending on what you're looking for this store has lots to offer. The staff was friendly and generally knowledgeable. Pro tip: make sure you check for store hours during the holidays. You can check online or call them for more information.

I used to go there when I lived in San Francisco, and it was a straightforward place, never any issues. Now I see it on the national news as a sign of San Francisco's demise due to satanic city and state government laws that allow people to steal so groups of criminals from outside of San Francisco steal from there and the customers and employees suffer the consequences. Very sad to see the most beautiful and one of the most efficient cities in the country turn into a hell hole. Just a block away a guy moving there from England got stabbed to death in front of his niece because he wouldn't would give his fanny pack up to a criminal; of course they didn't find the criminal even though they had it on video.

This place is a drag on the block. The lines in the pharmacy are backed up to the front of the store, that line is in the cough and cold aisle. So you're waiting on pharmacy line and somebody coughs and hacks all over you while they wait for staff to open a case for them. During this time you'll see a show, usually a meth-head with no mask and an odor that isn't human. He's treating the refrigerated section like a Vegas buffet shoving everything he can into a bag and shrugging off staff attempts to stop him. I've seen the staff give this guy more just to get him out of the store. On the way out, if you can wait that long for your xanax, you'll be hit up by that same f****** shoplifter wanting a f****** dollar. This should be one of the stores that closed.

Baskets are behind the counter. There's only one person working the cash registers: if you need a basket you have to wait for them to finish the sale and give you one. Why? "Because people would grab the basket and fill it and steal things." So now we all have to pay, because this billion-dollar business won't hire security guards. Shop into your reusable bag when you come here. Yes, you'll look like a shoplifter, but what other choice do you have? This store's business decisions put shoppers on the same level as thieves. Close all these stores, Walgreens. You suck at your one job. Start over.

a very horrible store and store employees are horrible too. manager or what they call them are rude and extremely unprofessional. this store was once ok, not anymore. if you go here be careful of the homeless. security does nothing. and they are in my opinion very racist!!!! a place where there is no service they want you to go online and play the kick the can over and over and over no apologies or no nothing it might cost them a dollar!!!! this place is now owned partially? by "boots alliance"!!! an investment firm from Europe. so you decide.
