Terrible service. The pharmacy attendant is very rude, not willing to help, she is clearly stressed and keeps bumping telephone, key board, etc.I’ll never come back here

The worst Walgreens in San Francisco. Pharmacy doesn’t care about getting patients their meds.

RACIAL PROFILING - I've been getting prescriptions from this Walgreens for 20* years. I am a 62 year old African American psychologist and I will advise you that this Walgreens is racist and condescending. Today I went to get a prescription filled after leaving the dentist. The pharmacist looks at me and decides that I need to explain my dental history before getting the prescription because he stated that he did not understand why I would have an oral surgeon in San Francisco and and a dentist in San Leandro. I explained to him that I'm in the process of having 2 implants on the upper right side but my previous dentist did a procedure which required that he extract a MOLAR which is super painful. So I'm standing there with a visibly swollen face and blood visible from a soaked cotton gauze pad. I told him to review my record so that he could see that my original dentist had prescribed meds for the very tooth that he is questioning me about. I won't be returning and hope that this Walgreens closes like so many have in San Francisco.

Unfortunately, my go-to pharmacy closed and I was referred to Walgreens. I went for my Covid booster today and when I tried asking for help, and let them know I was here for the vaccine, they treated me rudely. I wish they were organized and clear with me, so I wouldn't have had to ask for help or remind them I was still here. This was all before getting a shot, which is painful and stressful in itself. Medical providers have a responsibility to at least be clear, even if they are not trained in their bedside demeanor with patients. This is especially true as they hold your necessary medicine and treatment in their hands. The pharmacy staff here lacks both. I will be looking for a different pharmacy, even if it means traveling out of the way.

The pharmacy here is incredibly slow and unhelpful. I'd recommend going elsewhere. They are the worst

I always have to call and confirm my prescription bc they rarely have it ready on time. Being understaffed makes them more stressed and less hospitable. Walgreens is a lousy corp.

A good chunk of the items are not replenished! Poor inventory management. I was looking at cough drops, there were only 3 kinds left out of 10. All the cheaper toothpastes were missing as well.

This is one of the worst establishments I have ever had the misfortune of needing to visit. Service is slow, they didn't have the medication in stock I needed and refused to order it in, opening hours seem to change erratically, and the staff are generally unfriendly.Highly recommend avoiding this place if you can help it, and if you are desperate and this is your only option, maybe god have mercy on you.

Everyone for over 3 months I go in to pick up my prescription. Everytime they tell me it's not covered and I say \" I know I pay out of pocket\" then they tell me well we will have to order it which means another trip back. Two trips for one prescription Every month. Terrible management of pharmacy. Terrible customer experience.

The pharmacy staff is attentive, accurate and knowledgeable. They meet each guest 1:1. This isn't a drive through operation, so if you prefer your pharmacist cuts-corners because you don't like to do some of the due-diligence yourself, or if you value speed over accuracy so you can race to whatever it is that is more important (because you do not appreciate the fact that these medications exist enough to allow yourself to pause for a moment to reflect on how lucky you actually are), then you should go to a different store.

Empty shelves for weeks . I work across the street and thought it'd be a good idea to get some snacks for my breaks . Came here twice with maybe a little over a week in between only to find they still had the same items I wanted out of stock . When I told them they should restock their shelves , the lady at the register just shrugged at me . Worst Walgreens ever .

I came here yesterday to get my Booster Shot. This store seems small when you first enter, but then you see how big it is. I noticed the book, Ghosts and Legends of Alcatraz. I had not idea the island prison was once haunted!
