Extremely frustrating experience getting a Flu shot. I came here for a scheduled flu shot and was immediately confused with no signage indicating vaccinations. There was a Covid-19 sign pointing to a register that had an unavailable sign pointing to a pickup register. I wasn’t the only one confused, either. When providing my voucher, the staff was confused and couldn’t process any of the information I gave. Being a DOD employee, where Walgreens has a contract with the DOD, I haven’t had this issue at any other Walgreens in the past 13 years. I don’t suggest DOD employees to come here for any services. I ended up leaving and going to another Walgreens who took my ID card with no issue.

I don't typically like Walgreens Pharmacy personnel, I don't find them to be very much help and don't go out of their way to answer phones in a timely manner. I've been on hold many times over one half hour. Anyway, I haven't had a lot of business with the Webster St location, but I have been there once and it was a quick transaction, didn't have to wait in a long line, and the people behind the counter were extremely nice and helpful. I don't know who the gentleman is at the pharmacy that I've spoken to on the phone on several occasions , but he is the nicest, most pleasant person to deal with. Very helpful and actually answers the question I have regarding medications and my insurance issues. I live in Daly City but have to go to the Webster St for what I need, and the pharmacy people there have made it easier to do this. This last prescription, they offered to fed ex it to me, I had no idea they could do this as not one other location has ever mentioned or offered this service. I want to mention the Walgreens 18th/Castro pharmacy also has good people working there, also very nice and helpful but the phones are very hard to get through and the lines can get really long.My doctor has prescribed a couple of medications for me that WERE NOT available at ANY OTHER pharmacy in San Francisco, San Mateo or Solano Counties and the 18th/Castro store came thru, the medication was in stock, so I have to give them extra credit for that. I can give you a laundry list of Walgreens locations that I refuse to deal with anymore but why waste my time and effort.

Came here this morning. It smelled like asparagus sautéed in lemon zest, thyme, chives and rosemary with a hint of oregano. I tripped walking out and tried to play it off as a light jog which made me almost run head first into the glass door like a bull in a bull fight. That was humiliating. Maybe they should clean their doors less thoroughly so they're less see through. Aside from that, the peach Snapple I got was crisp and cold. Would come back.
