It’s alright if you aren’t in a hurry - there’s always a line and it typically takes longer than you’d want with all the customers using the check in/pick up station as their own personal complaint bin. There’s essentially always someone that has a larger issue that holds everyone else up in the line. I’d say on average it takes me 15-20 min to pick up medication.

It's like a convenient store. It's smaller than usual but it has what a normal Walgreen's usually has.

2/13/2020 About 12 noon I went to this pharmacy to get medicine. The girl at the front desk, with glasses, speaks English and Cantonese, she is the worst service person I have ever seen, I am very angry? Her work efficiency is very low. It seems she is busy, but she turns around and doesn't see what work she does. I waited for a long time. She couldn't work and got the wrong medicine, which worried me, and I finally decided to change to another pharmacy.

i often forget about this walgreens, because its smaller than usual, and also because irving is very very very much Chinatown #3 and the traffic and pedestrian traffic operate on a different wavelength independent of local laws and norms ignoring most common sense standards creating 20 minute 1 block drives that upset many otherwise calm drivers.
there js also a parking lot on corner lot. how this is missed by me and others is beyond me... i suspect the traffic and such is a factor.. =)
