Pharmacists at this location actually greet you with a smile. They are organized and have patience. They always give me a call when prescriptions are ready for pick up. There's never a long wait.

I never write reviews, but feel compelled to endorse this pharmacy and its incredible staff. They are the nicest pharmaceutical team I’ve ever encountered. They’re beyond helpful, patiently answer questions, look things up in the computer, and always provide real answers. It’s completely out of my way, but I happily make the 40-minute round trip for such a high level of care. Ten stars!

BFF had to stop in for some allergy meds as his sinuses were acting up due to the weather. Cramped aisles and rude customers! They would not move out of the way unless you firmly acknowledged them. Very pricey as well.

they do the best they can with the crowd of SF. I feel safe + they have everything I need + staff is nice considering all the crazies they have to deal with. I come here for all the little house hold things I need that I can't get / wait on Amazon. Sometimes they're much cheaper here than online.

A lady was attempting to steal something. Staff caught her & kicked her out. They started yelling at each other. Great entertainment. P.S. I bought super glue.

Les Than Zero, actually it is a NIGHTMARE NEST of an insanely domineering, bossy, mean , never wrong, doesn't liste, but in her own mind she is hyper efficient...let's help disabuse her of that notion, her name is Ayanna, pharm tech.FIRST OF ALL THEY REPORT FILL DATES WRONG TO THE STATE OF CA.......IF YOU HAVE A 30 DAY prescription, ongoing, it is meant to be. The State of Ca and the store report the date the restricted prescription was allegedly filled. This pharmacy frequently reports days after they fill prescriptions, so when your DOCTOR accesses the system to check on your 30 day refill, it is misreported and you have no recourse because they will not change their misreported date, even when confronted with THEIR LABEL AND DATE on the prescription bottle. The easiest thing to do about this is WALK AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY and go to a new service, there are three within three blocks of here. They constantly text that your prescription is ready and when you go to pick it up, they say 15 minutes! 15 minutes! And it is two or three days if you don't like hanging around and letting a pharmacy tech ABUSE YOU by the implied threat You Will Be Reported.I am not scared and I am going to continue filing with the State of Ca...I have been speaking with Chicago Walgreen's CS and they are very interested in this BREAKING THE LAW it seems the tech is doing as well as are investigating it themselves...it is the LAW they are breaking here in my opinion and corporate Walgreen's doesn't know until someone tells THEM , like I have that Customers are being abused.......Front of the store, dry goods, etcetera is AMAZING...Janet, Sylvia.....long term employees and always always kind and polite and efficient, amazing service!!!!!!THE PHARMACY IS OUT OF CONTROL.Ask themTalk to themThey are as accountable to customers as customers are to the LAW

very rude staff like their brethren they wear their nametags backwards accidently on purpose. owned by "boots alliance" giant investors of Europe there is NO customer service. NO customer service so my advice and remember free advice is free but, you NEED to check on your own. if a cashier and whatever else they are, wears their name tag back ward nicely ask for the manager and get their name too, then simply point her/his name tag is backwards. and leave record the time, store. then if you ever have any trouble record the time, place/store and use it in small claims. wake them up!!! they need us we don't need them. they run out all the mom and pop ten raise prices then erase the so-called customer service this is our only hope OBI Wan

Worst Pharmacy Tech guy ever, he's new but does not have the proper training. It takes him 20-25 minutes per customer. He can hear, can't spell, can't type and cannot locate the meds cannot read. I went there yesterday and waited 20 min and left because not ready, I came back today thinking it was ready yesterday and its not. He said 5 minutes, now it 25 minutes later and still not ready. I have to leave again and come back. This sucks.

Stopped to use ATM - customer and manager were standing at the counter in the area beside the machine so I waited until they moved around to the front of the counter. In all honesty, I could not hear what the customer said to the staff behind the counter - turns out the staff member who was beside the customer was the manager. At some point, things went sideways and the manager took the customer's purchases which had been bagged and threw them on the floor, at the same time confronting the customer and yelling at him to "You're not going to talk to my employees that way...get the f&^* out of my store". In all fairness, the customer did not back down and was verbally aggressive. To me, it was a sad commentary on the level of tension that exists between people at times. However, the manager seemed 'triggered' - ha, ha, I love that word - it's symbolic of how easily we react to anything we 'feel' is provocative. I don't know how the situation was resolved as I had no inclination to record the incident or stand around and gawk. I think both the customer and the manager need to try to gain some understanding from the incident of perhaps a better way to handle provocation - recognizing that we can all be irritating at times.

The pharmacist, Gina could not be bothered to lookup my condition in order to recommend a pain reliever which I did not appreciate because it is a specific type of pain; I do not remember any pharmacist who was so dismissive and I rate that experience a \\\"one\\\". The other people with whom I discussed other items which I needed were much more helpful.
