I was shopping at this store tonight and felt dizzy (since we had walked 5 miles that day) so I sat down on the ground in the corner of the store for 2 minutes so I won't fall. There was no customer in the store besides me and my wife, then a very rude employee came and told me "You cannot sit on the floor" instead of asking me if I'm doing OK or need medical attention. I told him I was very tired and could barely walk, but he kept getting more aggressive. I barely stood up and asked his name. He said "Edmonds". I asked him if sitting on the floor is against the policy, and he said "No, it's common sense." Well you know, Mr. Edmond, what else is common sense? Respecting and welcoming customers is also common sense. Attention to paying customers well-being is also common sense.

The store itself is great but pharmacy needs some work. They take an incredibly long time to fill prescriptions and open hours are minimal. Doctor sent a prescription in yesterday around 3:30 pm and it was not ready until 6:30 pm - just 30 mins before the pharmacy closes, which did not leave me enough time to walk over. They then did not open until 10 am this morning, which means I went nearly an entire day without necessary medication after it was prescribed. When I went to pick it up at 10 am, there were 10+ people waiting for their medications and only 1 person ringing them up, further delaying pick up and getting meds in my body. Every time I go to the dr, they say meds should be ready at the pharmacy in 30 mins, which has been the case with other pharmacies in the past but never here. Unfortunately it is the only option in my area otherwise I would go elsewhere.

I've been here a lot and usually have a good experience. The place is clean and the staff is generally reasonable. They experience a ton of theft so much of the stuff is locked up but I can't blame them. I'm a little surprised at all these negative reviews as I don't believe I've ever had a truly negative experience there, outside of seeing people get converged on for theft.

mechanical, uncaring pharmacy. my doctor has asked me to have my pharmacist show me how to use my diabetic pen shot the first time. When I asked the pharmacist refused with out an explanation and just walked away.

Very poor service, asked for advice about a SIM card, got the answer: I don't use it, I don't know anything, yes Jr can activate it. Downright bad.

I recently visited this Walgreens and was extremely disappointed with the service. Despite spending $120, the staff, particularly an older Asian man, made me feel like I was bothering them just by asking for assistance with a locked shelf. His demeanor was unwelcoming, and communicating was difficult due to his poor English and lack of manners. It's disheartening to receive such treatment, especially when making significant purchases. I expected better customer service from a reputable store like Walgreens.

Discriminatory Treatment and Defective Product: Unfortunate Experience at Walgreens
My recent visit to Walgreens was marred by both discriminatory treatment and a defective product, leaving me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Upon purchasing a charger, it immediately became evident that it was faulty. However, when I attempted to return it within moments of the purchase, I faced unnecessary resistance from the staff.
The situation escalated further when, in the parking lot, I attempted to charge my phone to use GPS. Instead of offering assistance, a Walgreens employee approached me and, in a racially charged manner, prohibited me from using the charger in the parking lot, threatening to involve the police if I did not leave. I needed to charge my phone to use the GPS. I never knew after a purchase you can kicked out of the parking lot and threatened with police.
This sequence of events, from the defective product to the discriminatory treatment, is completely unacceptable. Walgreens must address these issues promptly, ensuring that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully, and that their products meet basic quality standards. Discrimination has no place in any establishment, and immediate action must be taken to rectify this situation.

Unexpected, comprehensive, thorough consultation from pharmacist Dr. Yip. He spent time reviewing how best an inhaler is to be used- how to prime the inhaler for accurate dosing, for example. He discussed the possibility of another type of inhaler for longer term use in the future. At first, I wasn’t sure I needed this consultation but there was a whole lot I learned from the pharmacist Yip. I am glad he offered and spent the time reviewing the medication with me.

Understaffed, service underwhelming. Not surprised, Watching people steal the place blind must be awful. Since people steal everything they lock everything of value in cases, so you have to wait for ever for the understaffed workers to come unlock every display case. If you have a question about the product you're buying, you have as good a chance of getting a resonable answer as you would if you go outside and ask someone currently experiencing homelessness the same question. Good luck with that.
