I have been the owner of several cars, this is the first time I have had an overall positive buying experience. William Frazier helped me through the entire process. I wasn't sure after my first visit to Vespa San Francisco. He ensured me that he wanted me to take my time. He gave me a follow up call, we talked some more and he invited me back. Extremely knowledgeable of literally all the cars on the lot. My credit wasn't as good as I thought, but William and JR made it happen. I felt happy leaving the lot in my new Corolla.
