Had a fantastic shopping experience with the whole team, including Jasmine. So many times while shopping on Fillmore I’ve felt ignored or unwelcome — but the VB ladies were so lovely and helpful. Also, shout out to the store management for having non-tiny sizes in stock so we ladies with “more to love” can actually try (and buy!) fabulous pieces. I’ll be back!

I received excellent shopping service from the sales team and manager. The clothes fit well and require little or no alteration. The store also sells fun accessories to complete my outfit. I highly recommend shopping here.

Very pretty pieces that really fit. If the SF store staff were a little friendlier or more helpful, it would be four or five stars. They didn't attempt to help me find what I was looking. I did make a purchase, but that didn't even feel friendly. When I called the next day asking about another dress I had seen online and a size recommendation, the sales person was not very helpful. She should have welcomed me to visit the store to try on different sizes in different styles...that's how you get customers into a store and to keep coming back.

Amazing quality and such fun pieces! Definitely a one stop shop for Fillmore street. The Dickey jackets are such a fun twist on San Francisco layering, too!

I shopped at VB a while ago and enjoyed my experience at the retail store tremendously. I spent way too much time there as the staff made me comfortable and I was able to try on several pieces I loved. I purchased my first VB jacket there.

I ordered a size 10 pair of shoes and received a size 6 wadded up with torn, used tissue paper - no box, and no invoice showing the order. I've ordered quite a bit from your company lately and this was shocking to receive - not just that it was the wrong size but that there was no box - only a wad of obviously pre-used, torn, and wadded up tissue paper. I take it you're probably sold out of my size now. I requested a return via email.I will say this is the first item I received from this San Fran store - all other items I've ordered, which arrived with the correct sizes, paperwork, and appropriate packaging, were from other stores.
