Seemed very nice and honest up front, BUT, we do not think the artwork is authentic based on the lack of any detail on the certificate of authenticity.Also requested a white frame on a print and received a spray painted frame.I would not trust them again.

Buyer beware ! Highly overpriced with pressure sales tactics. Do your research on pieces you're interested in - they sell them for 10x in this store.

Bought a Murano glass and was told that it was authentic and that the color was within the glass. First time I hand washed it the color peeled off. It didn’t have the Murano stamp on it, but we believed the owner that it was authentic.

I made the mistake of entering this store while visiting San Francisco. My friend and I decided to make separate purchases. My friend ended up buying more items than I did. Each time she made a purchase Barak would offer to throw in an item for free to sweeten the deal. I did not spend as much as she did but it was approximately $4000. I called to cancel the purchase the very next morning. If items were given to us "free of charge" because of what we were buying, what does that say about the value of the items purchased? I wanted to cancel because I felt the items were not worth the money spent. It almost seemed like a bait and switch game to me. I was told by Barak that even though I called the next day to cancel that the items had already been shipped out to my home state (really?). I contacted the BBB who advised me not to accept delivery of the items. This company states that I owe them money for storage fees. How, when I tried to cancel the transaction the very next morning? Now I have paid for the items and have received nothing for my money. Absolutely nothing. Venezia Fine Arts & Antiques, please show that you value customer service by rectifying this situation.

This was my second visit to Venezia and interacting with Barak and his staff. I returned after five years, as I was truly impressed with my first visit and purchase of a jade dragon during 2018. I live on the east coast so visiting Venezia in San Francisco is a destination place. I am always amazed by my experience in the galleries and overwhelmed with the quality and quantity of all of their art pieces. Barak has been blessed with a family legacy and he has chosen to bless me as well with his flexibility and generosity, seldom seen with business owners. He has made it possible for me to own art and furniture I could not have imagined. I feel we share a bond and wish him ongoing success with his business endeavors and his personal life. It may be his gift for sharing the feeling of being kindred spirits.

What a hidden gem!Small and powerful, an affordable and thought provoking little museum. If you're the kind of person who thinks this sounds interesting, I highly recommend it. It may not be for everyone, but it is for the artsy weirdo nerds ?
