Not pushy as another poster commented. Helpful when needed and Laura has good suggestions. She kinda reminds me of a sweet mom - who doesn't need that when shopping?! I got a cute striped cashmere sweater and then she recommended black cords to match. I've also gotten a unique dolman T. Love it.
