Clean, appears to be a quiet station nestled in the community and typically have the best price for 91 tier octane, even overcoming Costco prices due to distance.

Broken air pump

This is not my usual gas station, but I stopped to get gas here because I live in the neighborhood. For the second time in the past year, I've wasted my money as the pump doesn't dispense any gas. Two separate pumps. There's no reason I should spend $20+ for my gas level to remain the same as when I pulled in. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I won't be stopping here again no matter how convenient or low on gas I am. There are similar reviews from many years ago so I'm sure these weren't isolated incidents.

I've had my car previously repaired at this Valero location . The short elderly mechanic(owner?) has always said "come back anytime --we will help you." I went there yesterday (6/18) to add air to the tires. I let the mechanic (taller, salt and pepper, elderly gas station employee/mechanic with a baseball hat) know that my car gauge indicated that the PSI was low and they all needed to be balanced at 33 PSI. (I let him know that I would pay him-- I always pay the mechanics generously.) He said "if the light isn't on, then you're ok." I reiterated that the tires needed air given that the gauge indicated they were low. I also shared that the optimum(according to the vehicle info) PSi for my vehicle is 33 PSI. (The dashboard indicated two of the tires were at 30 and the other two were at 31PSI.) He kept repeating "don't worry about it if the light isn't on". I asked him(kindly) to add the air so all the tires were somewhat evenly balanced. He simply did not want to listen or help me. He went on and on about the light--he raised his voice and said " why you waste my time, don't waste my time" and walked away in a huff. Feedback, please train your mechanics to listen to the clients--and there is absolutely no reason to be rude. :( The lack of customer service is appalling--I will take my business elsewhere.

This place is no good. I bought a phone cable here, it didn't work. When I tried to return or exchange it, they refused to help me. I will never come here again

Can't ask too much out of a gas station, so I think this is the appropriate amount of stars. It's close to where I live. I wish it was open later. It is kind of a pain to get to during rush hours, but what isn't? I wish they accepted Apple Pay, because I don't like pushing the buttons. Valero still has some of the cheapest gas rates around, so you can't go wrong with that.

The older who works at night the night of 12/17/22 to be exact... is absolutely rude! I stood waiting for 5 min in the cold awaiting his acknowledgement...he never looked up...when I finally waved for his attention he rudely replied "what.." so much for customer service....I just wanted to buy some water smh

Very helpful and friendly! Fixed my flat in 10 minutes and made sure I had air in all my tires.

I have a 92 f150 v8 that had some age issues needing to be resolved when I bought it. It's 30 years old! I know it needed work and brought the truck down on a whim for an estimate. They were very transparent about the issues that needed addressing right away and the things that could potentially wait. I had great service with Ricky, Myron and Anthony and would not hesitate to go there again. Excellent customer Service and quick turn around. Very friendly!

I don't usually buy gas in San Francisco. But my job takes me to this part of Ocean Ave at least once a week. This Valero is usually busy with cars getting gas. On the rare occasion that there's no customers and I need gas, I might use this station in the evening. This station has old style lights, and it seems dark and unwelcoming. The islands are in a slanted configuration, which makes it difficult to maneuver around pumps. Probably okay for small cars, but a large truck might have problems. The pumps are dirty and there's seldom any washer water. I didn't use the restroom. The cashier is not very friendly or talkative. This station has a auto repair shop, and that's a plus. Price of gas is about average for the SF Bay Area. Located at Ocean Ave x Jules Ave.

The pricing is wrong. Supost to be 30 cents cheaper is not. Don't know if is gas station foult or Google maps.

Here is the place to get gas now. With uncertainty in the world, especially in the Eastern Europe, the prices for the gas might go up even farther soon. Recomend to fuel everyday from now on, so that if the prices suddenly go north, you will not have to worry at least for awhile. And, the gas price at this station is one of the lowest in the area right now. Also, this gas station is well maintained.

I wasn't going to write this review as to hate writing bad reviews about local businesses but ever since they worked on our car there have been so many issues and a bad review is deserved. A few months ago we had to have a radiator replaced and they are literally up the street from us and we decided to give them a try since it is so convenient. After they worked on our car the hood of the car wouldn't open (they weren't planning on telling us- we only found out because I asked them to open it and show us where to add water), the air bag light has been turning on and off, the car won't start if we leave our doors open for more than 5 minutes, it makes a weird clicking sound when we start it, etc. Our car has NEVER had these issues prior to them working on it. I do not recommend this place at all.

Best thing is pricing. Very good. Service can be more friendly.
