I believe this corner store 1199 Taylor St. was part of the 1968 movie "Bullitt" with Steve McQueen. He bought veggies and about 6 tv dinners.

Terribly overpriced items and a card fee. $11 for a jar of mayonnaise. Won’t return.

The workers here are very nice, especially the older woman that's behind the cash register most days. Lost a star just because I don't recommend natural produce or refrigerated goods from here. This is a simple, quaint corner store for when you need boxed or bottled goods very quickly.

The owner is awesome and very nice every time we come in. She gave us a free drink last time because we waited a minute or two for her place to open. Bottle of wine and ice cream is our go to.

Literally would come back to SF all the way from Canada just to see Theresa again! She is one amazing little grocery store clerk! During our week stay in the city, we visited the store daily (we have a 1 year old with a lot of milk needs lol) Customer service is 20 on 10!!!!

Don't bother.. the selection is a ioke. Absolutely nothing to shop for. Waaaay over priced ! Like an insult literally. Out of touch with reality and what people need now. Small Fories the tiger box $8 Nasty pre wrapped cheap sandwich $13 no kidding. It's worth going for a laugh Short opening hours. Some people got it all figured it out. LOL It's worth a visit though... so you can see for yourself . You ll realize that this business owner is investing ZERO dollars into stocks or anything. Keep up the good work

Much like the other reviewers here, I've never reviewed a grocery store before, but this lady's customer service was wonderful, and so was the carrot cake.I was exploring the sights during a 12-hour layover between LAX and Sydney, and stumbled acorss this corner store between Chinatown and Nob Hill. After I purchased an item, she said to me "It's very hot outside today. You need to drink water. Please take one from the fridge".

Delicious freshly fried samosas, loved samosa chat as well! Should try paneer akbari too! Great customer service, definitely recommended!
