Typical government employees. Waited 30 minutes and no one showed up to open the USPS lobby at the posted opening time.

this is bordering on theft! Walter the "postal worker" who cant add or speak well. has overcharged me twice in the last two trips. I paid 15 dollars for a magazine to be shipped media mail!! i believed this joke of a worker . next time he tried to charge me 14 dollars to mail a letter international. Went to another USPS and it was 3.49.Watch out for this losers because walter is either pocket the money or USPS office is overcharging to stay open

Cute lil post office with friendly staff. The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Bonus points: It's close to Starbucks and Fort Mason if you want to grab a coffee or walk around.

I had planned to use the Presidio Post Office, but to my surprise they stop interacting with customers at 4:00pm. Luckily the Marina Post Office is not that far away, and has an ample white zone if you are in a pinch. The staff were both friendly, and efficient and calmed me when I thought my postage cost was $120 , yea I did not see the ( . ) Overall a good experience, plus there is a Safeway across the street if you need to do a fast shop.

Mostly this is a quiet little Post Office, and I hardly ever have to wait very long. And the people are so friendly and efficient. Fab service, really appreciated ?

You guys lack customer service. Do you know any of the basics in treating someone in service? Learn my name at least..?? How Embarrassing

Hope they stay in business! What a critical US service that we all need so much - essential to keep open if we can

This is the most delightful post office I have ever been to. I went in on a Friday morning to get stamps for my wedding invitations and the man helping me was so patient and kind. He helped me pick out the perfect stamps for the special occasion and congratulated me on my big day. Overall, the service at the post office turned my annoying errand into a fun, exciting activity. I even took selfies!!

Absolute pathetic service here today. There were two African American women working today that looked to be in their 20-30's. Walked in and they don't say one word to me when I say hello. I began to struggle with getting the package ready to ship and was a little confused on their process since I usually go to UPS. They offered no help when I asked and they were extremely rude when the package was done incorrectly. They clearly showed they are uneducated through their disgusting mannerism. It's not my problem you're working at a postal service. If you hate your job so much go get an education and work for it, disgusting girls.

Very poor customer service here, the two employees who "helped me" were very rude and unwelcoming. I will not return.

This is almost certainly one of the nicest USPS locations in the city. There are sometimes long wait times, but that's true of all USPS's during the same timeframe.
