Unless Tim is working, this neighborhood
Noe Valley, does not receive their mail. I give 5 Stars for Tim who is amazing, dedicated, professional, & hard working. Plus he’s just a great guy. What’s wrong with the other mail person’s? Have known Tim for many years. 1 Star for others.

Lately they have been constantly bringing torn letters and pushing them into the mailbox. they are torn. Just leave it at the door than push it inside

Avoid the short hair Asian woman named Victoria at all cost. That is one angry woman that just won't retire. She likes to yell at customers and act like you are an inconvenience.

By far the absolute worst postal service in the world WHAT A JOKE. These days it takes longer and longer to receive mail. No wonder UPS and FedEx does so well because NO ONE WANTS USPS

The woman whose been there for years and years is a know it all. She cost us $460 for not telling us about how the PO Box works when securing it for either 6 or 12 months. She's impatient and cost us money.

Convenient with plenty of free parking. The clerks are very helpful and take time with each customer to make sure things are correct. The space is well lit and very clean. No complaints!

This is my favorite post office in SF. Figuring out the best to mail a package domestically or internationally is not easy, and I always receive great advice and help here. I also really like the people who work here. Seeing them makes sending packages a great experience.

Fail in their obligation to answer the phone, and shove any concerns off on another sham number. Complaints should be filed with the USPS Inspector General's office.
