Put a mail hold in and this location says they don’t have my packages. They need to be investigated.

Unless Tim is working, this neighborhood Noe Valley, does not receive their mail. I give 5 Stars for Tim who is amazing, dedicated, professional, & hard working. Plus he’s just a great guy. What’s wrong with the other mail person’s? Have known Tim for many years. 1 Star for others.

Lately they have been constantly bringing torn letters and pushing them into the mailbox. they are torn. Just leave it at the door than push it inside
