Terrible service. When I asked how much it would be to ship a package that weighed a certain rate they quoted me $14, and then when I came back with the package they attempted to charge me $41.
Giving 2 stars because I try to be fair and giving them 1 star wouldn’t be fair unless they totally did something despicable.

This is my neighborhood post office and came through for me big time when I needed to mail out 150+ individual parcels for work. The staff here are kind and hardworking. Special thank you to Grace and Crystal for their heroic patience weighing and labeling all of my packages.

chinese clerk at the facility made up non existent rules trying to stop people from using the street address of their mailbox for business correspondence.

I love this post office ! Most Sf locations are lacking great customer service and employees that smile and make you feel welcomed. I would like to highlight one of my favorite employees at this location on haight street. Her name is Judy! Such a sweetheart! Always going the extra mile to help no matter the situation. Crystal is another perfect example as well ! It will be a sad day when these lovely ladies retire ! Thanks for all you do !
