They close at random times to take lunch breaks of unknown length. Today, when I arrived at 3:15, I learned it was closed for lunch until 3:45. It seems like they should respect the hours posted to the public and maybe find better ways to manage their lunch schedule. We ended up sitting on the floor as there is no sitting...
