Lost my tax returns and all they could say was ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Not even a sorry or we’ll attempt to locate it.
Useless soulless creatures just existing because they don’t know what else to do.
Even a single star is not worthy of this location.

Terrible post office. Multiple packages sent here have gone missing. AVOID AT ALL COST. Post master needs to audit this location.

I put one star because unfortunately there is no option to put 0. Absolutely awful service, rude people. No more USPS please. Worst delivery company ever existed on the world.

Absolutely awful service. Package was suppose to be there, but of course it wasn’t. And they just said leave. Hope this place closes soon and they make all packages tho to a more competent Post office station

I had a bad experience here. The person who "helped me was very rude" due toothed fact I had not being my drivers license that day and He wouldn't accept any other form of ID. Due to this I lost multiple items that were not delivered to my house due to whatever reason and they now were sent back to seller because he wouldn't let me verify my identity any other way. I dread going in there every time I have to..and that is very consistantly unfortunately.

I needed to ship internationally but they didn’t have any forms left for the international shipping. Seriously? How about getting them back in the shortest time possible? How about offer another option/ solution to the costumer, at least?Just crazy as the whole city.

*a month since I wrote this review; I try very hard to be fair so I always go back and reread my "1*s". Occasionally I find that, upon reflection, my poor experience is due to random circumstances beyond anyone's control - and everyone has a bad day - I can't fault someone for being distracted, tired, clumsy or whatever (except rude). But this one; I stand by every syllable. This store is the most appalling example of institutional inhumanity since "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest".Oh, and to the employee who earned this review, take notes;I have started going to the Fedex store and the woman working there (when she saw my box was too big) handed me a FedEx box, saying "here, hun, use this". Recalling your implacable stance on "the rules and stealing" I asked "are u sure? This isn't going out FedEx".She said (gasp!) "It's a box. They're free. We'll put the label over the logo and you're good to go!"(In case you missed the point; her behavior was both proper and indicative of a sound mind).ORIGINAL REVIEWIf I could give this place a minus 50, I would. Because it's the closest to my apartment, I've put up with the absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered (I'm counting DMV, court, gov't offices; I worked within the family courts in three states so I have seen some truly bad behavior). After today I'm done. The female clerk (mid 60s, steel gray bun) was so unreasonable, sending me away for the second time for the most arbitrary reason (I had been told that since I used the wrong box I needed to cover all the writing, which I did) but she was going to make me rip it open and throw it away and purchase a box from them- when I expressed confusion she stated (with a straight face) "that's stealing". Even when I explained that I had six packages, five were express and (unbeknownst to me) one was going ground. So I accidentally put all six in the express boxes, then when I found out one was going ground I went all the way home (it was Friday) and came back Monday. Aside from the fact that I pay to ship a half dozen packages express every week, it all would have been moot if I had of simply wrapped the entire thing in contact paper instead of just the markings. But I took the advice of a Currier (she insists that "they're totally separate; they know nothing"). I would have jumped through her hoops (I'm used to it; if they can find a reason to send u away they will) but I had forgotten my wallet, and as they had sent me away once the package was already late. I'm going to have to refund my customer's money because of this. I explained everything to her and tried to reason, attempting to see the absurdity of having me destroy something instead of putting it to use, but I eventually realized that there was no use. There was no spark of humanity there.Even though she had already scanned the QR, she voided the transaction and sent me away. I'm ashamed of the fact that I lost my temper; people like her feed off negative emotions but I'd be damned if I was going to let her see me cry (and I was close).I needed a reason to break that abusive relationship. I won't be back until they clean house. (Although that was the worst I have had negative experiences with every employee). The guy with the dungeon calendar tats was always my favorite but last week he seemed oddly annoyed with me, and I wouldn't have thought twice about it accept two of the four packages I mailed weren't entered into the system for 36 hours. I always avoid the guy with the ponytail on top that sticks straight up; he's a sadist.

If I could give this place a minus 50, I would. But after today I'm done. The female clerk (mid 60s, steel gray bun) was so unreasonable, sending me away for the second time for the most arbitrary reason (I had been told that since I used the wrong box I needed to cover all the writing, which I did) but she was going to make me rip it open and throw it away and purchase a box from them; it all would have been moot if I had of simply wrapped the entire thing in contact paper instead of just the markings, but I took the advice of a Currier (she insists that "they're totally separate; they know nothing"). I'm ashamed of the fact that I lost my temper but the last time I was there the guy with the dungeon calendar tattoos punished me for saying I didn't need a receipt (I've never been able to figure out why that rubs them the wrong way but it does; it's a control thing, I guess) by holding back one of my packages for over 24 hours. I needed a reason to break that abusive relationship. I won't be back until they clean house. (Dungeon tats is actually the nice one; the guy with the ponytail that sticks straight up is a sadist).

They held my mail and then send it back to the sender After I told that my Landlord was fixing the mailboxes now I’m stuck with no mail i haven’t seen my mail in three weeks now I’m fighting to get them to keep my mail at the post office until I pick it up but they’re threatening me to send it back to the sender because my landlord haven’t fixed the mailbox issue yet
