They are supposed to open at 9:30 am and they clearly aren't. Also, business (corporate) customers are severely prioritized over residents of 94103 who have issues with their mails, where other USPS cannot help with.Trash services.

considering that this is not a full service post office, the employees here are incredibly committed to making sure you get your mail. I had problems with a package that had a very important family heirloom and the three different ladies that helped me were all so amazing and I am forever indebted to them! These people definitely care!! americas tax dollars are being put to good work at this location!

One of the worst postal offices. They don't open on time, there is no parking. There is a post office across the street from my apartment, but noooo I need to drive here, park 8 blocks away to get a package.

Multiple packages stolen, marked as delivered, when there is nothing ever left. I work from home, and they say they ring the doorbell, which is a lie. I've lost so much money and have filed claims, nothing done.

If only I could give zero star.. this post office delivered my package to the wrong location and offered zero help. Right now I am battling with the property management office to pull up the surveillance footage so I can prove to this post office how incompetent their delivery service is.

I’m a manager of an apartment complex and I have never in my life experienced so many problems with Usps. I have been insulted by my carrier, had the carrier be revengeful and not pick up mail. Now our mailbox is hanging open and call box is broken and I am trying to get ahold of them to give them the code and they do not answer. They just continue to mark it as not being able to get in when my number is on the box. Every other carrier in San Francisco I have no problem with except these guys. They need audited or something. Lastly, don’t worry about complaining about any issues with these guys they just tell you that you are wrong. Even though you have camera footage.

Don't use this post office if you are ordering anything of value, in just the last monththey have cost the wife and I about $1000 due to packages being marked delivered when they were not. Multipke packages marked as delivered on front porch without being delivered. We have a security system that proves no one delivered anything on our porch, showed the footage to the post office, still nothing done. Packages "delivered to mailbox" frequently end up in the wrong box.

You can drop off already labeled packages, but can't get a receipt. The lady was not wearing a mask and gave me attitude.

I have called a dozen times in a row to (415) 626-2932 which is the phone # that the 800-ASK USPS gave me to contact them regarding a change of address and mailing handling situation and no one is answering the phone!
