**BEWARE** My friends new iPhone 14 was stolen 5 days ago and has since been tracked to this location. There are other reviews that mentioned this store sells stolen iPhones and now I believe it!

BEST PHONE REPAIR PRICES!!! Came to replace my front screen for iPhone 11 & my back screen to my iPhone 11 Pro, had a very exceptional experience with Carl & the cute little dog Mickey Mouse lol.. thanks a bunch!

NEVER COME HERE I took my phone in for repairs because my screen stopped working and when I went in he said ok but before I repair you gotta pay upfront and he said $100 and I was like ok cool $100 for phone repair and I was extra nice and tipped him $20 too. I'm just waiting in the store And he took my phone and money and he stole parts from my phone and replaced it with cheap material. He gave my phone back and I realized my Face ID, touch sensitivity, screen color, and camera doesn't work So I told him what's up with that. HE STOLE THEM and when I confronted him I asked him to just give me my money back he declined. I then ask for at least my screen bacand said he can keep the money I gave home and I'll just bring my screen back to the Apple Store and fix it he said he would not and that I better leave before he shoots me and my mom who was in the store. I threatened to call the police and he admit to stealing parts and said the police isn't going to do s*** even if I call them and he was right the cops didn't do s**** and the cops said they don't care. He shouted racist slurs at me while I was leaving the store and told he would track me down and murder me. Now I'm down $120 and a phone.

Are used to go into the store all the time the only reason I haven't been is because I've just been busy but it's really chill I'll go in there and just sit down he even had me help me him with one of his computers before due to the fact that I'm a computer n*** unfortunately I didn't do so great on that build because it was so old but all that aside I highly recommend this place

Please be aware of this business. I went in to receive a normal repair for my iPhone's screen because it was broken. At the end of the service the owner Claro did not attempt to inform me that he incorrectly preformed the service incorrectly. Yall, this man gave me my phone back with a broken face id, with a crack on the new screen, and on top of that he didn't even put the new screen back correctly because you could see a whole in between the screen and the body. BUT WAIT THERES MORE. After i confronted him about what i noticed this man goes on to tell me that i don't know what im talking about and proceeded to insult my ethnicity. Calling me a "trashed Philippino from the mountains" I wished it ended there but The story continues Tell me why i go and write an initial review on yelp and this man deletes it and blocks my other account, then he calls my phone and also writes me on yelp just to repeatedly tell me that filipinos from the mountains are trash. IN THE CALL THIS MAN THEN THREATENS ME AND TELLS ME HE WILL THEN FIND ME AND KILL ME What a j**** Try this business at your own risk but my experience here was terrible.

Bewareeeeee old Filipino guy. Scammer trust me guys. I went there to fix my laptop and iphone. He has no idea i used to work in the repair shop. He has no experience. Broke my laptop and iphone parts inside. Beware this old Filipino guy is a scammer. This guy keeps yelling at me. Check the bad reviews it's all true

I was struggling with a stripped screw when I attempted to replace a few parts on my Nintendo 3DS. I brought it to Used & New Electronics and he took out the stripped screw in under 10 seconds. He refused my money when I asked him what I owed him! He definitely puts customers first. I definitely recommend coming here for all your electronic needs! Thank you Used & New Electronics!

The 3-yr old Dell laptop Inspiron 13, model 5379, was used as a spare one, used once a month or so is like new condition. It was draining battery power vary badly, which was inside the laptop. This shop replaced a battery, after charged 100%, and turned on it was draining power already. The owner said he will replace new battery, a 2nd time. When I took it back, it was diry inside, and grease on the outside. teh battery was after turn on, was still draining power, at a slower pace. I gave up on this shop to fix the battery issue. though I paid the whole amount he initially requested, to replace a new battery. I asked when and where he purchased the new battery, he would not provide that information. I got the old one he claimed was defective back. Anyone can provide information on why the battery is draining so fast and provide a solution? I am moving out of state soon and may call Dell service after I moved.

Needed to repair my IPhone XR that had a cracked screen. Was in and out in less than 30 min. iPhone looks as new as it did when I first bought it. Very fast and efficient service. Would recommend to anyone.

horrible The shady people took my brand new macbook's hardrive and gave me an old one I just wanted to repair not a broken laptop they didn't even screw it all up this doesn't even deserve a one star review it deserves a negative 5
