Worst customer service I've ever experienced probably in my life. I came to buy flowers for my teacher and the lady at the front desk literally ignored me and wouldn't even make eye contact with me. Absolutely insane.. never had this happen to me

I highly recommend Urban Botanica! I came across this florist on SF City Hall's preferred vendor list. Originally I wanted decorative flowers for City Hall but there were too many restrictions. Instead of cancelling I was able to renegotiate and it worked out perfectly. Veronica communicated promptly and was very accommodating. The flowers are gorgeous and excellent quality. I returned from my honeymoon and the centerpieces still look fresh! My bouquet was gorgeous as well.

The flowers are great and their online service was as well. Just be advised that a $120 "bouquet" comes in a cup roughly the size of a mason jar. I can buy my girlfriend an arrangement you literally cannot see around for the same price - and a bouquet roughly 4x larger for half the price. Extraordinarily underwhelming.

One of the assistant managers at the store treated me in very rude, aggressive and offending manner for no reasons. I am a regular customer, and the store owner agreed that this person’s behavior was not acceptable and she should offer an apology to me. Unfortunately I have yet to receive an apology from this person, and as a result feel unsafe to visit the store again as I’m afraid of another offensive encounter. It is unfortunate that one sales person’s bad customer service could ruin customers’ shopping experiences and trust in the business’s integrity.

Within 1 day the flowers withered and started smelling very bad. It was supposed to be a bigger bouquet and last two weeks the description said. Not even 24 hrs. Never getting it from them again

Thank you for being open in the FiDi. Recently bought a flower arrangement online and was able to pick up in person. Everyone I encountered were friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to create a lovely arrangement. Will definitely be buying from them again.

Todd at Urban Botanica arranged absolutely gorgeous flowers for my husband's birthday! The mixture of potted succulents adorned with bright and dramatic roses was the talk of the evening at the Marine's Memorial Club in San Francisco! The seven arrangements for the tables were stunning, and were even more spectacular because Todd got it all done despite the fact that I was 3000 miles away! Need flowers? Urban Botanica is the best! I was in a rush looking for a florist to make a sympathy bouquet for a friend during my lunch. I wasn't sure what stores were open, especially during COVID. The only florist I knew close to my work was closed today and I needed to find a florist close by that was able to make a bouquet within 15-30 mins. By far the best last minute decision I ever made. The florist that helped me was very sweet and kind. She was very attentive in asking what colors to use in the bouquet and what occasion it was for. There was an insane amount of different types and colors of flowers to choose from but I was in shock how she managed to put together a bouquet in less than 30 mins. Well deserves review as she definitely made a stunning bouquet that took my breath away. It came out way better than I could have imagined. My friend said it was such a beautiful bouquet that she was surprised at how gorgeous it came out too. I am beyond grateful for the customer service I received today. I will definitely be coming back again, but this time I'll call ahead to pick up for future purchases rather than making the order rushed. I wish I could remember the name of the florist that helped me but I wanted to thank her for preparing such a beautiful bouquet for a family during a difficult time!
