Very rude guy telling me i need to buy my own tape to enclose a bag because he doesn’t want to use his tape. Keep rushing me to find my code faster or “get outa the line”

I was there to mail some documents, the guy basically mumbled what my options are I had no other choice but accept. The receipt was sooo expensive, he didn't even let me know about other options. You can find better branch than this!!!!

red head lady just cussed at me, because someone let me in front of them, and refused service to me initially. Continued to make my 30 second pick up with an attitude for getting tracking wrong, even by giving her my ID for the package that had my name on both until she used crass language towards me (to stop B*******) after I pointed out her bias to not help me... very unprofessional. lady needs therapy clearly...

Refused to take my Amazon return despite it being while the store was open. He said that because it’s his store, he can set the hours for Amazon returns. just makes it very inconsiderate because I can’t find this information anywhere online and came to the store specifically to return my items. I was the only one in the store and he still refused

Amazing, this is a UPS Store and when asking for a Overnight UPS box, the response was "we don't carry these you have to order them." For the amount of money you have to pay these stores you would think they would have the proper packaging. I go to other stores and they have the packaging. Never going back to this one again
