They're so rude here, and rip you off when you make a free Amazon return. I had to pay $7 for an envelope. They don't tell you the price until after you use packaged something, so if you want a cheaper envelope you'd have to pay for the one they make you use. I would only go if you are desperate.

very disappointed that the Store was NOT OPEN at 8:30 today. I waited until 9:30 and still no one came to open. No response or message on their phone number.

RECOMMENDATION: STAY AWAY!!!There is a reason they have such a low rating - please do not do not deal with this store if you care about your packages.The staff is very rude but worst of all they are either negligent or dishonest at work. Today I was charged backed for 2 products because they never sent it. I'm extremely frustrated by this store and I'll never ever use them again.STAY AWAY!!!

Needed to drop off an Amazon return and was in and out within 5 minutes on a weekday afternoon. Staff assisted in scanning my QR code speedily and were nice. I think that if you have everything prepared in advance and adjust your expectations you will receive decent service in return.

Amazon return took me 30 seconds. Gave the associate my package and they scanned my QR code and printed my receipt. Very efficient
